Probably the worst location in the whole area, the slowest workers I have ever seen who have the communication skills of a 10 year old unfortunately. Save your time and go to the location near ashway.

This location is pretty bad. It looks bad on the outside and if I didn't have to come here I would not. The staff is super unhelpful. I was waiting in line for 20 minutes before I decided to ask Oswald at the counter if they were able to help me. This man told me no and I went back into the line I waited longer and another employee asked me if I needed help. I have an account with them and wanted a big bill broken. The employees are all happy and content sitting at their empty desks staring at their computers and no one helps you. Finally Oswald decided to start working and then he called me over to make my change. Horrible service and experience.

Arlene is the best! She is quick with handling cash transactions and just a nice person to chat with when I go to the bank. She knows so many people by their names. Drummond is a great personal banker too, knowledgeable and relatable.

I would highly recommend Drummond Thompson. He is one of the most professionals and talks with clear logic. He can give you abundant information and advices so you have a better knowledge on the matter. He VERY HELPFUL just the way you need.

I am Green Home Remodeling LLC & Art woodcraft I went to Bank of America in Bothell out of business OhNo close Bank of America i found it Bank of America Lynnwood office first time I talk woman is truly nice friendly I am deaf/reading lip and note paper I learning Credit Card to saving at work i went to Costco once months buy food or different food cheap i went to talk BOA i have so much Problems at computer password fail 7 times so tries i feeling so headache i worry to check BOA I going to back to Lynnwood Greater woman is note paper understanding show me bills, pay to Gas, shopping not very much I check computer BOA be sure Balance save to other Credit Card I always note book put down all bills check right or other shopping so cheater.Thank Bank of America I never have Bank of America Drive ATM cash never save time .

Having the difficult duty of taking care of my late mother's accounts was made much easier with the wonderful, competent help of Arlene at the Alderwood Bank of America. I was fortunate to have her assist me on 3 different occasions, and her service was exemplary. She is a gem!

I witnessed an extremely rude customer being offensive toward Arlene today and was wowed by her professionalism, ability to remain calm and still deliver to the customer. Arlene deserves a RAISE.

I only do my banking with BoA. I have always paid in full my credit card. Unfortunately, I had an appointment on Saturday 8th, 2022 with the notary. I went with my fiance. He is currently Navy active duty. Because of his upcoming deployment, I needed to get a POA from him, which needs to be notarized. We went to our appointment and the notary told us she couldn't do it, because he was not a client. I explained that I was the client and the POA was being given to me. She said she couldn't do it, because she needed to register it as a notary. I told her all notaries have a book, so I didn't see the problem with her registering that notarization. She then said she can get audited and in trouble for doing that. I again reminded her of the book and that I wasn't against her registering it. She then said that the system and internal policy didn't allow her to notarize that document because, again, my fiance was not a client. She didn't offer us any solution and was very rude. Because of the time constraining, my fiance was deployed without us having a POA. The treatment I received that day was definitely disappointing, to say the least.
