Only one tailor. I've never experienced this delay in California. Worst customer service.

Having only one teller available when there are more than three people in line is very bad customer service A

Arlene did a great job setting up my wife's new account. Energetic and answered all questions while being very thorough. I recommend doing business at this branch.

Wondering what's gonna happen in BOfA. Branches closed. A few branches left look busy all the time. And importantly ridiculously there's only 1 teller serving a long line.

Bank of America is going down in their customer service in general but this branch is the lone shining star. If you need to go in branch this branch is the one to go to. They still treat you like credit unions, like they care. All the others especially the Bothell/Canyon Park/Mill Creek branches couldn't care less about you. The people here at the Lynnwood Branch at Alderwood mall deserve a raise and the managers all deserve promotions. Keep it up for as long as you guys can!

I have a business account and a personal one at this bank. I have another business one at Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union. So I go to this bank to do my business banking with my 4 year old grandson who starts doing the pee pee dance. I am told they have no public bathroom! I said he is 4! Absolutely not I was told. He is frantic so I go 3 blocks to my other bank and they escorted him in to their personal bathroom! Moving accounts for sure!

This location can get very busy on the weekends, before closing and on mondays. Usually I like to use the atm's outside for withdraws, but if I need big bills I go inside. I seem to be helped by the branch manager every time I visit, which is great for me because she is personable, positive and genuinely a nice person. All three stars go to her service and attentiveness. Two stars are deducted because it seems they are under-staffed during most of the busy hours. Personally, I am a patient person so it doesn't bother me much to wait a little longer, but for most of the population I could see how this could hinder their schedules. Other than the wait time, I've had nothing but positive encounters with the people working here.

I will never return to this location again. I am the manager of a 42 location business and we bank with Bank of America. At every other Bank of America branch they are more than welcoming and kind and don't mind at all when we bring in multiple deposits at once, that is until I started making deposits at the Alderwood branch. Gen one of the employees there has given me personally problems and scolded me for my deposits 3 times now and I have only been coming to this location for 2 weeks. I have now been told "us girls" are now not allowed to make our deposits through the drive through?? Why? I'm not quite sure but it pretty much seems that our everyday cash deposits are an inconvenience to her... If I cant make deposits through the drive through what is the drive through there for? Gen is one of the rudest and petty people I have come across in the customer service industry. "Us Girls" will be driving the 10 extra minutes to the 164th location where we are "allowed" to use the drive through for our business!

They are always friendly at this branch. I'm always warmly greeted when I enter. I withdrew a large amount of cash to purchase a car. I thought it would take forever to count out the money, but I was wrong. The transaction was very efficient, quick and painless. Certain days of the week they have a security guard outside the door. Gives me a sense of security.

Horrible service. Never enough staff, always have to wait in long line. They have 6 teller stations and never more than two open. The ATM machine is broken and won't take cash deposits. I have to go inside. Tellers looked overworked & unhappy. They are polite. Bank America should close retail business. Stick with commercial only. Poor customer service.

Go to a credit union or any type of banking is an improvement over this bank Always a hassle to cash any check that is from them. They charge to cash their own checks. They tell you to open a checking account with them, don't. There inconsiderate to customers and there own employees, rarely lower interest just greed here.

Very nice tellers, but the lot is awkward in every direction--coming, going, and to and from your car to the door.

Waited to speak to a banker for over 45 minutes before giving up and leaving. We're already planning on closing the account but now will be for sure. As soon as we can find a banker... Also saw the merchant line exceed 15 people.
