I’m not the best at leaving reviews (I get lazy ?), however, this one NEEDS to be done. I had the most superb experience last night at Aveda. It was about 7:45/7:55 pm almost closing time, and this lady (cannot remember her name) took her time with me. I knew exactly what I wanted and she still offered me tea, signed me up for rewards, and gave me a 2 minute neck/shoulder massage. She was humorous and kind. You don’t see customer service like that now a days. She went above and beyond and really modeled their Aveda mission. Gosh! I wished I remembered her name. Anyways, please prove her the feedback and continue to care for people the way SHE did! ?

After a year has gone by and I spent maybe $50 total on face cream here I am shocked at how long it lasted. My face stays hydrated. My morning routine is simple. A dab under each eye and rub in. I can easily get full coverage of my face out of hardly any creme. I love the color schemes. Great natural products. Their Empowermint tea is amazing with a licorice finish to die for. I have been a customer for over 10 years and will be for the rest of my life. Thank you so much for you service. I am a grateful loyal customer. I can’t wait to return and keep learning how to care for my skin. What a joy! Stay safe! Beautiful!

After having a very severe personal medical diagnosis and some emotional distress that myself and my family have undergone over these last months finding Dylan at this location and the complementary 3 to 5 minute massage and chakra cleanse service has been extremely special to me. Dylan clearly enjoys her job and strives to be really great at it. This location is very lucky to have her and her coworker so my suggestion would to be to give her a raise immediately and make sure that she never leaves. She’s got my loyalties and I am going in to get my first of many hour long service.
