Does not help with returns. This is a "choice" but they'll lie and say they can't do it.. even to their repeat customers who have them as a home store.
It reflects better for their sales, because AutoZone LLC is too lazy to fix their software and actually reward the store for being helpful to their customers
The most helpful autozones get worse sales because they help with returns.
This store made the choice to protect their sales at my expense.
Other parts stores will price match this store don't forget that.
AutoZone chooses to pay little for the software at an expense of having thousands of customers driving around like maniacs trying to return their parts wasting gas and time.
Please give this company the 1 stars it returns when they refuse to return your parts.

Apperantly only one guy can help commercial accounts. Then they can't find my account that I've been using for about 6 years, very regularly now. And nobody I talked to in 3 phone calls could help me or wanted to. Ridiculous.

Because Autozone offers free installation for customers who buy batteries, upon arrival at the store at 9 a.m., I was informed by the manager that he was the only one on duty. therefore, it is impossible to provide a free installation service right now. He let me come back after 1:30 pm. I understood and left.
I returned later in the afternoon and was attended to by a middle-aged gentleman whose name escapes me unfortunately. Because replacing the battery is kind of difficult and cumbersome for my vehicle. But he has been very patient and tried to use many tools and methods to help me. it took about 35-40 minutes to finish installing the battery. I am grateful beyond words for his provided exemplary service.
However, before the installation was finished, something bad happened when the manager I had met in the morning came to us and berated the man who had helped me. Said he was taking too long to assist me. and must refuse the installation if it's happening in the future. I was deeply shocked and embarrassed when I heard that. For a manager to display such rude remarks in front of their customer, as if I was the one who had come to cause them trouble, I felt sad and very sorry for the gentleman who had been implicated for helping me.
I am wondering if Autozone has a policy regarding certain vehicle models being excluded from free installation services, or if there are specific time constraints imposed on such installation services. If so, why were they not communicated to me beforehand? Conversely, if not, then why was I subjected to such treatment?
While I am grateful for the successful installation of the battery, the overall shopping experience was severely tarnished by the manager's behavior. I would like to give a 5-star rating to the gentleman who assisted me and a 1-star to the store manager. I am hesitant to patronize your stores in the future.

always good service. Today I locked my keys in the car, they gave me a stool to sit on while I waited and one of the guys shared his salmon that he caught and smoked. nicest guys ever!!

Went in to but over $700 in parts and Michael was very dismissive and only looked up parts and put them for another store even after I asked to get parts there, went to the hub store and had them transfer their inventory so I could buy the parts needed. Will not be using this store ever again.

Unlike other chains, this store has both knowledgeable employees and the parts you need right now in stock. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it when you need that unexpected part to complete a repair.

I really wish AZone could train their retail employees how to be more efficient with their customers. Some places have self check....but these guys self check was of course not working. They will answer the phone and look up parts for someone, taking 15, 20 minutes sometimes, all while customers are standing in front of them with items in hand ready to purchase. Seems like whatever these guys are doing when you come in is way more important to them than the customer on the floor.

I cant say much about the merchandise they sell there, though i found the product on amazon for half the price. I made a quick purchase without help, while a few people were loudly bantering about needing to work. A couple customers were being helped, and when my turn came at the register, an old man, maybe 80+, checked me out, then as i was leaving, tried to touch my hand as he was giving me my receipt and made yummy noises and making comments about my body. Which is weirder because i was in sweatpants.Would never visit here again.
