A very good experience buying a Subaru Legacy with and for my daughter. Pat helped us with the process from beginning to end, no separate "finance guy" to sign paperwork in a separate room like at big dealerships ... where you get surprise charges and no knowledge of what you had agreed with salesperson. No pressure and fair price negotiation. Answered all our questions. They even filled the tank for us, unlike most dealers of used cars. Overall, a stress-free experience.

I bought my Mercedes-Benz S212 E-Class Wagon from Autoplex. It's kind of a dumpy little shack of a building, and gives off that "used car lot" vibe but it serves the purpose, i suppose. One can't be too choosy when looking specifically for a 2013 E-class wagon.Clay was our sales guy. He was 100% a straight shooter from the start. Told me as much of the history of the car he could, (bought at auction, when, where & even how much). I've since put about 80k very trouble free miles on the car and have been very happy with it. It even had a full tank of fuel when we drove away!

Bought my car here from Clay 6 years ago, and it's been a great vehicle ever since. Had 96,000 on it and still running with 172,000

This was the dirtiest thing I've ever had happen to me. These are not good people. And they know what they did. 100%.Back in April of 2021 my wife and I paid off our previous car just a month earlier. But we needed a bigger car. So we saw this 2011 ford flex ecoboost. We needed a 7 seater. So we pulled the trigger. And traded in for what we thought was the perfect car for our growing family. Little did I know. This dealership was that shady!I was excited, pulled the trigger. And financed the Flex. We got to love the car for 3 weeks. Before both turbos went out. It was crushing. But I had to bite the bullet. And pay $4300 to have new turbos installed. And you'd think that would be the end of story? But the turbos went out 3 more times over a year. And the shop finally said. There is too much metal flake in the engine. The engine is toast. Only way to get this car back on the road. $12,000 new long block. We still owe $9,000 today for the vehicle. I just about lost my house because of this shady group. Also. The car had a clean car fax. Encase anyone was wondering. But what they knew and didn't tell me. (I found out from another dealership) the car was nearly totally. Has a tweaked frame. Because of a severe accident in Canada. This was a Canadian car previously. Rear tires were wearing oddly on the outside edge.and they knew this. Is was on the auction report said the other dealership. I can't say enough about how stressful these guys made my life. I had a perfectly good running vehicle. And they took advantage of me and my family. Never ever go to this dealership. They will trade their morals for a dollar.I spent so many sleepless nights crushed and crying. Thinking. This is it. I'm going to lose everything over this vehicle. I can never recoup the $20k this vehicle will cost me. Please, never do business with this dealership. It may cost you everything! P.s they knew it had problems. The salesman told me the stutter around 40mph was from the a/c being on. It was subtle so I took his word for it. I have three kids and a wife. Can't go without a car. Autoplex motors in Lynwood Washington.

When my income wasn’t high enough to be approved for a truck, they told me to bring a paystub and they would DOCTOR it to get me approved. I recorded the conversation and have proof… I don’t want to commit a felony by lying on a loan document just to get a car. Went to the Hyundai dealer and they got me a brand new 2023 without having to be shady and unscrupulous. These people are not to be trusted.

If I could rate my experience as a ZERO, I would. I worked with their sales "professional" Clay who said he had decades of experience. We settled on a price for the car, and coordinated the deal via phone. I think we talked on the phone 4-5 times over the course of the deal. Everything was arranged and set up for me to come purchase. I live out of state, so I had a flight booked. I was even told the car was "in the garage and it is mine." They insisted I wire transfer money without seeing the car. After discussing with my bank, we determined a cashier's check was the safest most effective way to purchase the car. I even provided the contact information, webpage, shared map location of my bank 4 days prior to coming out to make sure they were comfortable and the funds were confirmed. I coordinated flying in to make the purchase on a Saturday. I was literally at the airport at my gate waiting for my flight to leave for Seattle when I saw an email that said they were not going to sell me the car anymore because too many things didn't add up. It was 8:49PM when I received the email. Thank goodness I checked my email. No phone call, no text, an email! Are you kidding. The next morning, I got an email that said they didn't proceed because my iPhone photo of my ID and proof of insurance was too blurry. I gave them the pictures mid day Thursday. Between Thursday and all of Friday, they could have asked me to retake the photos. What a lousy excuse. How unprofessional, inhumane, and rude. Obviously, I am disappointed to not be driving the new car today, but I am thankful I didn't buy a car from a place that treats people this way. There is no telling what problems the car probably has. By the way, they sent me an Experian Car report that shows there were no accidents and 4 owners. After they cancelled the deal the night before while at the airport, I ran the VIN on my own, there was front end damage and 6 owners. Disgusting...There are many car dealerships. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere.

I would highly recommend you go elsewhere.UPDATE to the Business Manager's response to my review.I do not know who you are Ha L, however, your details are slightly off. The friend you are referring to was my bank, the "personal check" was a cashier's check. All normal business as usual items when buying a car. I have all of my email transactions saved with the Autoplex sales representative that goes by Clay which includes the emails regarding the cashier's check, the desire to move forward with the plan Clay and I agreed to, especially regarding the cashier's check, and the email that said the car is in the garage and held for me which I saw right before I left for the airport. The reason I was unable to answer my phone was due to being on a plane because I had a connecting flight en route to Seattle which Clay was also aware of.Ironically, I checked the listing the day I was supposed to finish the sale of the car, and it was sold. Like I said before, to anyone considering this dealership, I would run the other direction. At the end of the day, if you are looking at these reviews, don't just take my word for it. 56% of these reviews are 1/5 star ratings. Enjoy your Burger King.

I recently purchased a 2015 Subaru Outback from this dealership and had a fantastic experience. Pat was incredibly helpful and made the process a breeze. Pricing was fair and they also offered me a great trade-in value for my old vehicle. Location was a bit of a drive but service and competitive pricing made it well worth the trip. Thanks for all the help Pat!

Was looking for a car and just was driving g by and out of the corner of my eye I saw this place and pulled in. My mom and I got out of the car and started to look around, I noticed a jeep and was looking at it. A guy, CLAY, came out and started talking to us asking us how he could help. Said we were lookinjointer, couple different brands of cars and he started pointing out some of them. Right when we started to leave he had one car that popped up that he showed me that was in really great shape. Took it for a drive, got the report on it, he told me all he could about it, and it was a done deal. Clay worked with me on the price just a hair, but enough to where it wasn't hurting my pocket and wasn't taking away from them as well. The car lot had a lot of good cars on it. Just wish I had more money I would have bought that jeep as well. Lol.Good place to check out a car if your looking. And Ask for Clay, great personality, jokester, and jeep works with you as much as he can. Cool people.
