Garbage company bought a Cadillac that the motor blew within 3 months an now im stuck making payments still an it needs new Motor. They don't car cuz theygot there money.... This place is as Bad as Carson Cars

I would not recommend buying a car here. We bought a 2012 Subaru for my son. After 3 days it broke down on the highway. Luckily he could get to the side of the road safe. Transmission broke. Autoplex was blaming the garage (who apparently had done some work before we bought it) and the garage said it was Autoplex’ responsibility. For 3 weeks the car was at the garage and we kept calling and going by. Then they finally put another transmission in, for which we paid $ 1500,-. My son was gonna drive this car to college but I didn’t trust it, so I gave him my car. Every time I drove the car, I was nervous it would brake down again (it was making weird sounds) so got it checked at another garage. They indicated the transmission was still no good and that there were many other problems. We cut our losses and bought another car at a dealer ship.

These guys are crooks! They added $3600 to my purchase price for a warranty, with a promise that I can cancel it anytime. I researched and the car is under factory warranty. I have been trying to cancel their warranty for two months. They haven't paid the warranty company, therefore I cannot cancel it. Stuck with owing $3600 over the purchase price for the warranty that I can't cancel!!

Bought a car about 8 months ago with the pitch of it being a perfect car with no issues. Almost double the price later in repairs and still not done. I was sold a lemon and am still paying the price. The salesman was nice though.
