Rich C. At the office in Lynnwood was SPECTACULAR! I Literally drove out the same day in my truck!! I walked in thinking I'm just going to look cause I won't qualify. Thought I would get haggled like all the dealerships I went to when just trying to manifest in the universe of what I was wanting.. I REALLY felt bad when I found out that Rich came in on his day off for me. The minute I stepped in the door he had just about EVERYTHING together and laid out at an affordable rate. He was very honest and truthful about everything. I was excited to be able to surprise my Hubby with a truck for his birthday... THANK YOU RICH C.!!??

They will literally blow your phone up saying your pre approved come on in! Got there they have no options for me unless I want to have a 600$ car payment. Extremely frustrated and feel completely scammed. Honestly go somewhere else trust me it’s a waste of time

I got scammed into a purchase way above prices from Craigslist, online, etc. To be precise, I got a $40k loan for a car that would only sell for $15k the moment I signed and drove off the lot, and I deeply regret it. They only had two vehicles available to sell at the time and I should've seen that as a red flag. I was in a relationship at the time and that clouded my judgment. Please don't make the same mistake, do your research, and don't bring your shop-a-holic girlfriend to the dealer.

Auto Loan USA pulled my credit even though I had never applied or heard of them. When I called in to ask for them to remove the fraudulent pull, they gaslighted me, told me "I shouldn't have gotten my information stolen", and hung up on me.If you want to work with someone with no empathy and horrible business acumen, then by all means go here! If the same happens to you, don't say I didn't warn you.

I was looking online for vehicles and 3 different associates reached out to me daily multiples times asking when I was coming in stating they can get me approved for the vehicle I would love. I was hesitant but sent all my information and informed them of the current loan I have. I sent them all the info for a trade in and they promised me that they could get me the vehicle of my choice knowing my credit and loan situation. I emphasized that I lived far and didn't want to drive to the location just to be denied. They were adamant that they could get me approved while also getting me out of my current loan. I agreed to come in. They were unable to do anything for me and sent me on my way without even an apology for wasting my time.

Military buyers beware. We purchased a vehicle from this dealer recently. They bill themself as military friendly but tried to hide a manufacturer military refund and denied that it existed until confronted with information from the manufacturer website. As a senior military enlisted leader, I need to warn younger military service members about shopping here. They will ruin your credit with dozens of hard credit checks with affiliated lenders, and lie to you about the payment and try to sneak a higher payment into the final paperwork. Like any slick recruiter, they pretended to try to help you, but only care about making the sale. They treated my wife with extreme disrespect and kept pushing cars on her with payments way higher than she was willing to pay. They would pretend that a car was within her price range and have her test drive or look at it, only to reveal later that it was sometimes more than twice as much as she said she wanted to spend. Please do not shop here if you want a good car, at a fair price, with a respectful and courteous buying experience. USA might be in their name, but trust me this does not seem like a patriotic company! they appear eager to take advantage of service members, and look like they only care about sales numbers and not honoring the sacrifice of those who serve.
