Avoid Auto King Group at all costs. I paid for a car in full, however they never gave me the car.I fully paid for a Cadillac Seville from them out of state in early March. They then sent me the paperwork in the mail, I completed it, then I sent it back. I called them a week later to see if they had received the paperwork. They said they did not and it seemed it had been lost in the mail. They then said they would send me another copy of the paperwork, but never did. After this they refused to answer my calls or texts. Almost a month later I managed to get through to them using a burner phone number. I quickly learned they had in fact received the paperwork. During this phone call however they made an excuse to hang up on me and proceeded to ignore my calls once again. Not long after I noticed the car was listed for sale shortly once again on carsforsale.com.Ultimately I realized they had scammed me. First I contacted the police and filed an official police report for fraud. Then I contacted my bank to dispute the charges and fortunately received my money back.Regardless of if you are purchasing from out of state or are local, do not give Auto King any of your time or money.

Felix was awesome. I had been looking for a certain model of car for a couple of weeks. They had just what I was looking for and I was able to get a fair price - the response time on our calls back and forth were excellent, he followed up by phone the next day to see if I had any questions and because I was pre-approved, I was in and out of the dealership in record time. I would highly recommend Felix if you are in the market for a car. Love my mini!
