In response to a recommendation, I contacted Associated Glass in Lynnwood. I quickly received a bid and about three weeks later Sammy and Ryan came to our home to install glass on two windows. They arrived within the quoted time frame and went to work. Sammy, with more than thirty years experience as a glazier, was extremely knowledgeable and competent. Sammy and Ryan worked as a team and expertly installed two windows and two screens. Both men were friendly, respectful of our property, and very skilled with window installations. Thank you for a job well done,

I ordered window with them. They came to take measurements, then delivered a new window, then requested full payment. I made full payment. On window installation window did not fit, was too narrow leaving a slot in the frame for rain. I complained, called them several times, they came to evaluate twice. Both times refused widow replacement/reimbursement or window discount. Their manager Jim yelled at me saying something was wrong with my window, when they took width measurement off my window themselves. They also do not give any contracts, they are unresponsible and unprofessional. If they do anything wrong they take it off on customer. Really horrible.

My brand new 2023 car windows were broken, so I contacted the insurance company and made a referral to the Lynnwood Glass Associated Glass Shop. When the work was done and my wife went to pick up the car, they gave me the key and told her to go. At that time, she found that there were broken and scratched things around the window. That is, they made a mistake in their work. The footage of them making mistakes while working was also captured on my black box. 1. They didn't first admit their faults, they tried to hide them 2. Later they admitted to one part, but shied away from responsibility for the other part. 3.I just want that admit they made a mistake and correct their mistakes! I will leave a review again later how it goes. I would never recommend this shop in this case. They make it worse your asset. Here have photo, this is just 3 month brand new car! they make worse.

Faster than Amazon Prime! One of our employees accidentally knocked out the front warehouse window at the tail end of the day. We called Associated Glass and their technician Joe was out within 30 minutes. He took a look, took his measurements within a couple minutes and promised the office would call and see if they could get out as soon as tomorrow. I was already preparing to put plywood over it assuming there was no way they could get it done the same day. But boy, the office proved me wrong. Rachel from the office called, gave me the price (very fair!) and said we could get a crew out within 15 minutes to make the repair. Their installers, Kyle and Cameron came out within 15 minutes and took a whopping 20 minutes to replace the window. They were prompt, professional and even shined up the new window before they left. I highly recommend Associated Glass! We are blessed to have them right across the street from us! Side note: It's very frustrating to see the poor reviews from those who were completely unaware of the window and parts shortages within the last year. Many companies were struggling to keep up with the demand due to mass equipment, part, glass shortages. It's not the business's fault for the mass manufacturer stoppage due to the pandemic. I wish consumers would educate themselves so they were more aware of the situation entirely before blaming it on the company that was simply trying to stay afloat and get to everyone as quick as they could.

I just had Associated Glass replace glass in three windows where the seals had broken and want to acknowledge what a splendid job the equally splendid two-man crew did. The glass is perfect, everything was left pristine -- they even cleaned the window sills and took down a couple of old wood blind installations that I hadn't gotten around to do. The guys were highly professional, informative, and polite to a fault. This year I've had many folks out to do, fix, install, repair various things, and the quality of workers and workmanship has ranged from marginal to worse. This was such a pleasant surprise. Obviously, highly recommended.
