Kathy and Dr. Terry are the two most wonderful people in my dogs life❤️ I cannot recommend them enough! I have referred all my close family and friends to bring their pets here. They are truly understanding, you can always call them for advice if you don’t know if you should bring your pet in. They don’t penny pinch you for unnecessary services. Dr. Terry removed a grass seed from my dogs ear without anesthesia and then gave me money for him remaining so calm! They took care of my friends dog for a full 15 years of life so I made sure they were the ones to take care of my Rusty too once I got a puppy. Thank you all the staff at Animal Surgery & Care Center for the last 6 years, there are not many like caring people like you!

This place is must go to for your pet. We have 2 maltese puppies and Heidi, Dr. Terri is just the best! She truly cares for your pup like it's her own. I can't recommend these folks any better since they have treated our 2 angels like family. Thanks Heidi.

Dr Terri has been my vet for 7 years. I’ve never had anything but an amazing experience with him and his staff. Even in the hardest of times when I had to put down my animal he was caring and sensitive to me and her. Kathy is absolutely amazing and will go out of her way to help if she can. The staff here is amazing....super kind and caring. We went to a different vet office during/after the pandemic but came back for the reasons I stated above. Their services are very reasonably priced and again, the staff is awesome.

my family has been going to this vet for 15+ years. i called today about my cats i had recently adopted who are having some coughing/congestion and the rude receptionist told me that "they're not accepting new clients". i told her that my mom is a patient, she put me on hold, and came back to tell me the earliest she could do is july. obviously, since my cats are both having issues, waiting until next month is not plausible. you'd think that a family who's had loyalty to this vet and specifically Dr. Terry would be treated with more kindness, especially during a potential emergency, but the receptionist had such a nasty tone and attitude that it's hard to feel supported. what a disappointment to what this place used to be.
