Strike One. I guess this one's on me. I've been trying (in my own little way) to make a difference in the lives of the "Residentially challenged". I mean those who have too many ppl prejudging them and not enuf 'listening" to them. I am just one. It's not safe for me to be seeking them out behind buildings, under bushes where they can take a rest from the hate & distrust of others. IF you were continually put down, looked thru like you were nothing and shunned by ppl who don't know you....WHO WUD'NT TURN TO SOMETHING THAT WILL 1-Make you feel better? or 2- Make you feel nothing at all? "WALK A MILE IN THEIR MOCCASINS." Please help. Not hinder. LuvBug ? ?

First time customer at local gas station. Filled tank and had to go in store to get credit card receipt. That's not acceptable! Will NOT return to this gas station.

Wildest AMPM i've ever been in. Loud music, like music for the club plays in there. Its clean, Speedy service, friendly, I like it.

When I walked in, it sounded like a nightclub. The music was a bit louder than the other times I had been there. It was a very happy environment. I got the items I wanted and left.

just past 9pm I was working a block away outside. I mentioned to the employee that I shop this store monthly ( they have seen me for many years spend ALOT every visit, gas food drinks candy EACH VISIT) I asked please let me use the bathroom. he rudely says bathroom closed. ( just past hours) ai have nowhere to go but in the streets since ai live across the ferry.. I say again I spend about $400 a month, that would be really rude not to let me go since you have a bathroom right there and I don't live near here. I am going to shop and buy a lot here. the owner yells "F!@-@/.'k you I don't need you!" I am stunned and leave. Wow. it used to be health law to provide a restroom for customers. what happened to common decency? I loved this place for all these years . nice people nice place. but this owner??? wow. another story. I have spent thousands of $$ here. I have gotten all my foods, gas, energy drinks and snacks there every single time in the area since J can remember. Never again. Go somewhere else folks. He has no appreciation for his dedicated clients, even when he knows we have come for years. SMH This really broke my heart.

They are always on the phone at the register. Never greet or thank. And you need to Check the prices as they scan them in. They mark prices for less on the shelf, and hope you don’t pay attention. They don’t honor prices listed on products and will not sell it to you once you catch on. Then they will put it back on the shelf hopping the next person won’t notice. Bad business. Avoid this place. I

Wow, cannot believe this place is still in business. Watch out they cheat customers with their pricing and cashiers. Called out the cashier the other day and he argued that they can do what the want and do not have to honor their prices.I will not be back but judging in the overwhelming number of 1 star reviews it’s clear ownership does not care or endorses this type of customer service.

The guy called on the phone was a real jerk. We own a company down the street from them, and their gas pumps are like death. If you pump your gas, you're gonna end up blowing up there they have been warned they have been told by the city and this guy is a real asshole he doesn't take care of his stuff. I don't know if he is the owner we spoke with, but the guy was a complete jerk said you can come in anytime and fill up well all eight of our vehicles, because of that guy will not be going there ever again. The guy was rude only two of their pumps work out of 10 of them. They do not take care of their store someone's gonna get caught on fire there and it's gonna be a Dam that goes to prison for life.

You walk in, no one greets you, they just sit behind the counter gabbing with each other. The food in the warmer is always expired, there's stuff on the floors, never any crunch ice. When you go to pay they just act like it's an inconvenience to ring you up then just drop the money in your hand and turn their back to you. I will not be going back!

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all how are you going to be a sizable rest stop but you're restroom is closed!! The number one reason most people who have driving jobs would want to stop and use the restroom. Also there's NO signs or anything anywhere letting you know it's closed. Second music is playing so loud in the place it makes everything unbearable I'm not in grocery store I just want to be in and out. Third on site staff are extremely unprofessional an immature as soon as you walk up they're just laughing and snickering to one another and refuse to give you any formal of decent customer service 0/5 stars for me this place is literally the worst Ampm in Washington do not recommend.

Got denied a sale for my card being declined, cashier refused to let me use another payment even after checking ID. Oh, and he couldn't even ring up the product properly in the first place. Been coming here for years, not anymore.
