I could smell the workers from the gas pumps. Holy Christ, please someone gift them some deodorant. This was a traumatic experience.

Filled up Saturday night. My new ford explorer started running terrible in the way home! Check engine started flashing now I have to do an emergency appointment to dealership.! I am so angry they have horrible gas here. Do not fill up here!!

Waiting for 2 hrs Sunday December 3 at 2;45am the guy works here hate his job probably I don't know what is happening to him nobody opened the store but it shows open 24 hrs there is board saying I will be back in minutes but no one came i think owner of gas station should think about him

Used to frequent this station at Ashway/Alderwood Mall Parkway. Local, amid my usual travels in the area, but often problematic in several ways. Drive entrance/exit on one side has people constantly speeding, other two entrances very often blocked with backed up traffic. Some questionable party selling flowers in a poorly planned jerryrigged tent and stopping there obstructs other customers from safe use of the exit. Homeless/addicts tend to lurk around it. The asphalt and concrete is rough, couple spots particularly around the pumps have a few-inch hard drops, harsh on the tires. The staff are difficult to communicate with, poor customer service. Lottery machine down part of the time and peculiar looking people will crowd in close to you when using it. Pumps are too often partially working, rarely printing receipts having to go inside to ask one of the shady clerks for a print, increasingly often not reading cards. ALWAYS LOCK YOUR DOORS caught people twice trying to open my car when I went in for a receipt. I finally personally blacklisted this site when I was nearly out of gas and no cardreader on the pumps was working, had to go inside to pay... it is a simple thing FILL UP THE TANK (very useful in tracking my gas mileage and fuel expense), but no option available except flat pre-pay and the clerk was openly rude and blunt about it, he got angry quickly. Got a partially filled tank, and given up on ever returning to this location again.

Got scammed at this location. Tried to prepay $30 for gas; card reader was not working. Ended up seeing a charge on my account for something i didn't get! Another charge came up for $14.97! Attendant looked shady

They stole my money from me. I went to pump 3 to put money on and it said to go inside so I moved to pump1 and it told me to go inside again so I went inside and put money onto the pump....it took my money but said there was nothing on the pump. when I went inside to try again it didn't work and but it charged my card. they refused to give me a refund and refused to give me a phone number for a manager or owner. they then told me bogus bs about how my money would be on the card in 24 hours and it has yet to refund. I hope someone in management sees this and will refund me.

Went at 5 am for breakfast cause everything else is closed. Advertising breakfast anything but apparently didn’t have any breakfast sandwiches or something because it was just lunch sandwiches out. Come on

I was shocked most the time ampm employees are awewome except The night emplyee at this one was extremely rude to me and my friends because he didn't know how to work the register on his part for ebt and hollering at us when we were trying to explain that to him. So we couldn't purchase anything not that we would have at the time. Extremely unprofessional

Were I applying stars just on today’s visit; I’d rank this store lower; most of the time, though, the employees are really nice and helpful, so the stars are for them. Today, however, I’m a more than a little annoyed… this was my go-to store, & all of a sudden the cashier claims they don’t take manufacturers’ cigarette coupons… I’m going to call American Spirit, because I don’t think that’s allowed.

I was need air for my tires and I went in to ask the clerk and he was clearly no a customer friendly employee. He roll eyes towards me and said for quarters. I wanted to clarify to law and he gave me this indignant look and said I can pay the quarters and complain about the law. What a rude and inconsiderate response. I was just trying to get clarity. Horrible experience
