Store clerk is racist and out of line! Cussing at customers and targeting white people. A whole group of people, his same race was allowed to hang out in a circle, but we weren’t allowed to be backed into an air pump to get air for our tires. If I could, I wouldn’t even give this place one star

To begin with, they didn't offer freshly ground coffee, which was disappointing. The coffee itself was subpar in quality, and the pricing felt a bit on the higher side.
What added to the disappointment was the contrast with a neighboring store, Jacksons, which includes a complimentary banana with their coffee purchase. When I inquired about this at AMPM, it seemed that the staff was unaware of their competitor's offering. It might be beneficial for them to be more knowledgeable about what other nearby stores provide. In summary, it wasn't the most satisfying coffee stop in the area. ☕?

Worker named Ajit is absolute trash. Has Horrible people skills and should not be working in a public environment. Explosive to customers. Very homophobic. Should be fired. Double charges, and yells at you if you have questions. Told us he didn’t have time for us as the only customers in the store then proceeded to stand at the register on his phone. Our coffee came out to 2.59 for a large which we were trying to buy and he up charged us to 4.99 as the xxl once the real price came up.

Very poor service. Worker named ajit was trying to charge double for the coffees we got. They came out to 2.59 a piece for large but he was trying to charge us for xxl we noticed. Asked him to change it to a regular large frozen coffee because that's what we were trying to aquire. When we tried to have him change it we saw the real price (2.59 before tax) then he jacked it up double to match the price of the xxl. Very displeased and uncomfortable coming to this gas station. It may be because he was homophobic. He was being Hella weird to us as soon as we went up to the counter. Be careful you don't get your money stolen from here.

I came to throw away the trash in my car of the day and then go inside to buy a treat and drink, but one of the employees said “this isn’t a public trash can”. I don’t know why he was giving me attitude or cared why I was throwing away trash. Luckily my trash was in my bag and not one tissue went into the gas station trash. I’m never coming back to this location ever again, even just to stretch. Never been so disrespected by an employee ever!

This location is absolutely garbage. My boyfriend came in a few days ago to get 2 medium size cups of the frozen mocha coffee drink(frappe type) he went to pay and the guy at the register said it was over $9...when the day before it was a little over $4. My boyfriend said, "what do you mean $9 something and he pointed to a sign that said $3.99. He asked the guy to scan the cup and he said no that's what it costs and proceeded to grab the 2 cups and told my boyfriend basically to leave" when my boyfriend had enough money to pay what was rung up but didn't have a chance before the employee rudely pulled the drinks away. Last night we went there again this time I went inside and I only grabbed one cup, filled it up, brought it to the counter(same enployee) and he said $4.41. So I questioned him and asked him to scan the cupband he refuses and asked if I wanted to see the receipt and I said yes, but I want to see what it says when you scanbthe cup, he refused to scan it, acted like he did, but he didn't, and he said that it was a promotional deal on the ampm app and that price ended over a month ago. (Yet 3 other ampm stores charge $2 each. SO I paid for the drink and I left i walked to the car and told my boyfriend and he pulled out his phone and went to ampm's website. And on the ampm website it clearly states that the drink in question is $2 for a small or medium(not $2 only using the app, $2 for a small or medium period, no app needed)I then looked at the receipt and he charged me for a XL Frozen Mocha at $3.99 not the medium that I left the store with. So the rude prick employee not only charged me double what I should have paid, but was incredibly rude to me and my boyfriend and tried his best to belittle both of us) I won't be going there as long as that guy works there or I get refunded and apologized to

Went into the store to get gas everything was fine until afterwards i went outside and pumped my gas and got into my car to order food online before I left so I wasn't texting and driving, the Hispanic male clerk comes out and bangs on not only the back of my car but also the front telling me he saw me thirty mins ago and I need to leave. I told him to check the time because it had not been longer than 10 mins. He shook his finger at me. Not only did he assault my car but he was very intimidating. I was a paying customer and if i need to use my phone after pumping gas then that's my right. I can understand if every pump was full but there were about 15 gas pumps give or take and only 3 or 4 including my car were actually had a car at them. Go to the shell or Chevron that are right next door. This place is horrible.

It was such a breath of fresh air walking into this ampm...clean and courteous and just felt taken care of...bags are not 20 cents charge for a customer who is spending a decent amount already and it it highly appreciated by me and I never do reviews...I gladly go out of my way for the kindness.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.I went in to get coffee. Spilled the coffee on my hand, burnt myself, threw that cup away, cleaned up the mess then grabbed a new cup got my coffee with no more problems. One out of the two employees working there came up to the garbage i threw the original cup in and asked me if i threw that cup in there. I said yes and went up to the counter to pay for my one cup of coffee and the second employee at the counter said he was going to charge me for both cups. And when i told him No, he got a attitude with me and became unprofessional. So i walked out with nothing.
