I desperately needed some glasses.Jennifer helped me get two pairs and I needed an eye exam prior to.You'll need to schedule an appointment via phone or conveniently on their website.Once that's done, you'll want to come in oh, idk, just 5 to 10 minutes early for some light "paperwork"*finger quotes*Really, they slide you a nice little tablet to where you'll need to put on the necessary customer information and insurance details. After that, they do a series of field tests to see if your color blind, have stigma or other eye situations that need to be considered for your vision correction needs. About 5 minutes is all. Then, it's off to see the optometrist herself (when I was there) and she took a quick peek at my eyeballs and selected the best set of lenses needed so I could see properly through each eye ball I have.Usually, unless you're the first one in the building...you'll have to wait to see a dude or chick who will actually assist you with the right set of lenses you would like, order frames and set the bifocal lense height, if you so need such.Allow for about an hour or more for all this then it takes 2 weeks for you to get your frames at the store.Altogether, it was a very painless process! We were able to get them in just over a week, actually. Which was nice bc I needed them as I had no prior pair!Hope your experience was just as pleasant as mine. :)

I was searching for cheap prescription glasses without insurance for my mother and this store in Lynnwood, WA popped up. I called them and asked about their sale of $79 for two pair of prescription glasses with included eye glasses. The receptionist said yes it is $79 for single vision glasses and when I asked about bifocals she said it would be $99. I booked an appointment for same day. When I went for my mother’s appointment, they did the eye examination for her and asked to select frames. After selecting the frames first the lady gave me an estimate of $600 for progressive lenses, I explained her about the whole conversation with the receptionist, she said it’s based on the prescription and I said why didn’t the receptionist mention it earlier. I asked her to provide estimate for the cheapest option possible and she gave me an estimate of $343. Finally I decided not to buy and she asked me to pay $69 for the examination. So if you see their advertisement of $79 for two pairs of eye glasses beware once you are there they will try to rip you off.The only good thing was that they fixed my mom’s old glasses, that’s 1⭐️.I would never recommend this to anyone.

Lousy customer service. We waited and they took care of 3 customers that came after we did. When we talked to the receptionist and requested to talk to the Manger and the manager was standing near the receptionist, he ignored us and didn't talk to us to resolve the situation.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Deb, who helped us finalize my purchase, was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable, and such a sweet person. She went out of her way to replace the nose pieces from my old glasses, and even knew the brand of them with just a quick glance! Fantastic service - wouldn't think to go anywhere else

I've been here a handful of times and have a perfectly fine experience with the actual doctor and tech when doing eye exam. However the receptionists are always unpleasant. Most of the time they don't greet you at the door and you have to awkwardly pace and stare to get helped. And every single time I'm finished with my eye exam, the doctor sends the patient back out front and the receptionists again, don't help patients that don't know exactly where to go next to check out or move on to the next step looking for glasses. They seem to always be annoyed with patients. I think patients would feel more comfortable if receptionists greet people when they walk in and also when they come out of the doctor office once they've finished their exam.

I arrived at the store to pick up my sunglass lenses and was completely ignored when I greeted the person at the front. About five minutes later, someone else came to help me, reeking of cigarette smoke. So after I waited she brought me my order, but the lenses were transparent instead of dark like sunglass lenses are supposed to be. I had asked the advisor helping me two weeks ago to make my new lenses the same darkness and shade as my current lenses that has an outdated prescription, then requested them to return those old lenses instead of throwing them away.(I clearly recall me making this request due to the fact that the advisor had not asked me at all about what I want to do with my lens options)I was appalled about the new lenses that were completely different from what I had ordered, so when I questioned them on why my lenses came this way, she just answered deadpan "Everyone makes mistakes" as if she was a parent chastising a child. The least they could do was say a simple "sorry, let me get that fixed for you" or even an acknowledgement about the incorrect order or my wasted time, but I received neither. Not even the most basic decency. After that she went and threw away the lenses that I had clearly told them to keep, so I had to ask her to not throw them away again. I expected to be treated with at least basic politeness and decency here but it was an overall hostile experience. Out of all the optical stores I have been to, this was by far the worst out of all of them.I do know the name of the rude and condescending advisor that helped that day but I will not name them here. But I will say that it was an incredibly disappointing experience.

I called and asked if I could walk out same day with contact I have to take a ferry 30 bucke round trip! I know now that you can’t leave same day with contacts! Wish I was told that! So I took a ferry had the exam . Went back the following Monday via ferry had lessons went home. So then I got one out eventually. The right one would not come out, went to local eye dr cost 30 more to tell me it fell out in my sleep. So I called the Lynwood office to see if they had a replacement. She said yes one can give you a replacement. Another ferry ride I get there she said no way!! It will be 2 weeks to replace it! I left in tears I am 55 yo 1 st time contact wearer! I’m terrified to return! I’ve never paid such a high price trying to see! And I really don’t like being treated like a criminal! I would rather peel my eyes out than return and I’m out the 119 for eye exam!!!

I was given a new contact lenses without a trial and told it would be like the one I'm used to. It was uncomfortable. I was told by 3 people I could return the opened box and get my old prescription brand back but after trying to return it I was denied. I used my out of pocket money as well as my yearly insurance amount to cover this and am now out of both and with a case of contacts I can't wear. Note: They have bad reviews for a reason.I'll be looking for a new vision center.

I called to let them know before my appointment that I would be about 12 minutes late, because I had to stop to take a shower- I work at a facility that manufactures toxic powders, and I didn’t want to expose anyone to carcinogens. They refused to be flexible, and said the appointment would have to be cancelled. I needed an eye exam so I could order prescription safety glasses. Absolutely terrible service, I would never recommend this business to anyone.
