I love going to this place Connor needs a raise the customer service from him is a 10/10 I was confused and stuck on what shoes to get then he guided me to the best options I wouldn’t have had these 4 pairs of amazing Aldo shoes if it weren’t because of him Connor needs a raise asap!!!

Just wanted to share that I had a really great experience at this store today while exchanging an online purchase. The associate was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and helped me with everything I needed. Excellent customer service and I left with a very cute pair of boots.

Excellent customer service?wonderful in-store selection?!!Staff is more than willing to special order items that are out of stock or not normally on the shelves. Open 7 days a week.

Twice we went into the store and the lady at the cash register gave us poor customer service. We went to ask for sizes of the shoe and she will just say there is none left. However, she would never mention if we can buy them online. Her attitude and demeanor is poor and as if she didn’t want to be at work. I get there are bad days but twice too many. If you don’t want to work there and do your job, please don’t ruin the experience for us.

My order was marked for pick up at this store. I never received my items, never went to the store, and my order was marked picked up! It’s impossible to get to the representatives at this store or aldoshoes online in general. Online order with pick up at this store is a loot.
