I've only been to this location to visit the Big 5 Sporting Goods store, so I can't speak for the other stores there. The staff at Big 5 are really friendly and accommodating.

Despite the fading 'brick and mortar' phase of our world now, this mall still has some nice offerings. The food court appears to be a meeting place for several groups for social interaction.
