I had someone decide to punch in my passenger window, so I went here to get it replaced. I called around to a bunch of shops beforehand, and they were by far the best pricewise. When The dealer, they quoted me at 4x the amount before tax of what I paid with alderwood with tax! Although they didn’t have a window on hand, they got it ordered and sent over in a business day. They were professional, and they got my window replaced in an hour! I’m definitely going to come here if I ever have any glass break again.

Went here to fix a very large chip. They tried their best but it was not really possible to fix well so they didn’t charge us. I appreciate that they were honest and stood behind their work, and chose not to charge us for something they couldn’t fix to 100%. I would prefer to give them my business in future should I get another chip or need to replace the windshield.

Super polite and professional. Glass and work are guaranteed. Scheduled an appointment for the following day after my initial call was made. Received a call an hour after dropping off my car that the work was complete. Windshield looks great. Smells a bit like chemicals, but that will dissipate in time. Prices were competitive with other small business glass places and significantly cheaper than the glass place every insurance company will recommend - you know the one with all the commercials who will come to you! Do your research.

Love this place. I have had them replace my trucks windshield and back window. Rock chip repair on my car. Make sure your insurance looks the place up and does not send you some where else.

Go see Todd (owner/operator) if you ever need a new windshield! Awesome price ($100 less than some competitors), excellent customer service (in and out in less than 2 hours) and an easy to find location.

Great folks to do business with. Got me in same day for a broken drivers side window. Price was super competitive and they even settled the bill for less than the price quoted when less than expected time was needed to install the replacement window. I was ready to pay the quoted price so the lowered price was a pleasant surprise! Super honest folks!
