Recently I went to the Lynnwood store for some help in ordering a broken knob on our Fisher & Paykel range. I hadn't purchased the range from Albert Lee, it came with the new house we had purchased. Still, after explaining the situation to Aaron Lynch, he quickly took down my info and ordered a replacement for delivery directly to my house at no cost to me. Furthermore, he helped me with troubleshooting a noisy refrigerator, the result is that my fridge became much quieter, nearly silent. This was my second visit to this store, the first time in search of a low cost dishwasher. On that visit a different salesperson showed me what they had to offer and gave me helpful advice on what to look for...no hard sell. Albert Lee will be my first stop next time I'm in the market for an appliance.

A healthy Dose of Attitude Included With Delivery - We purchased a refrigerator, drawer microwave and wine refrigerator and both the sales process and products were great. The issue came with the delivery of the appliances. Knowing that we have a unique delivery situation, I made advance arrangements with dispatch. The driver (Justin) was clearly annoyed at the situation and let me know that if the appliances were damaged in the transfer process, that it was all on me and that his paycheck wasn't going to get docked for this. He required me to sign a release for damage, even though I had been assured by the sales team that Albert Lee would maintain liability for damage until installation.Justin's attitude persisted as he chastised me for having installed a shut-off valve on the 1/4" copper supply line to the refrigerator. He proceeded to cut off the valve without turning off the water and spewed water onto and beneath my brand new floating floor and cabinets. After we turned off the water and mopped up the mess, he went on to blame us for not having turned off the water.After all this, he balked at taking away the packing for the microwave and wine refrigerator, since we had not paid for those to be installed.The Dispatch manager was advised of the situation but did not respond.

Stopped in to check out dishwashers as ours is on its last legs… WOW! They are so much better than our last Bosch (17yrs ago). So many choices - now to decide! ?

This was our first purchase at an Albert Lee and we were not expecting to walk out purchasing a new dishwasher. We simple went in to just look and touch to figure out what brand to go towards. Lindsey was the best sales associate we have work with anywhere. She gave us all the right information and space to decide on our own. No pushing, no hovering, and easy to talk to. With my personality, if anyone ever tries to push a product on me I will automatically check out and not buy no matter how good the deal is or how well known the brand is. So well done to Lindsey for treating us like real humans that want the right information to make the right choses for ourselves. We look forward to doing business again and stopping there first.

Such a nice appliance store! They have both high end and regular price range appliances. The service is top notch. Probably best service I've ever experienced. They answer all questions providing details, they are very honest. Jeremey helped me choose a fridge and a stove, he was very patient and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend!

I deeply regret having trusted Albert Lee Appliance with my dishwasher purchase. The installers lied and tricked me into signing for a machine they had not fully installed. The store claims they have no control over the 3rd party installation outfit THEY HIRED to install the machine. I'm sorry I signed for this machine. I knew I didn't like it when they ran an empty load with it jutting out from the cabinets. Albert Lee won't take it back. They apparently would rather have an unhappy customer. The installers said the cabinet edge needed a slight modification for the machine to fit, to call their cell phone when that was done, and they would come back and finish the job. It's been done and they have been ghosting me for two days now. I wish I had trusted my gut and forced the installers to take it back. Shopping at Albert Lee has been a miserable experience.

I almost feel guilty in writing this post, because I have literally been singing the praises of Albert Lee for 20+ years. I have purchased many items from them for all my residences over the last 20+ years. I don't necessarily go to them for the cheapest price, although they are competitive. I use them for their expertise, and guidance and for the excellent customer service. I'm not sure if they are under new management or are selling out to costco, or maybe they just have so much business that they are forgetting about their loyal clients who have been singing their praises. I am truly disappointed in the lack of follow up and zero solutions. IN a nut shell, we purchased a commercial grade gas oven, fischer paykel, so definitely spent a little bit of money for a new oven. Brand new oven still in the box, not installed and we are looking to exchange it or swap it out for a different one and no call backs, no solutions provided. Obviously I could sell it and probably lose 10-20% on a brand new oven, but I would rather deal with the company that I've done business with for 20+ years. The lack of follow up after a few emails and phone calls. I even stopped in to try and chat with someone. NOTHING???

Our over the range microwave gave up after 20 years. Of course the model we had was no longer available. We explained to a salesman what had happened and provided the model number we wanted to replace. We were assured that a new mw we chose would work for us. That turned out to be wrong. So we brought back the mw and we were expected to be refunded. Nothing of the sort happened. Eventually I contacted the credit card company. The case is still pending. Needless to say we will never buy anything from Albert Lee.

First of all, let me state that my family has been purchasing appliances from Albert Lee since the 80s, but they have always done business with the Seattle location on Elliott Avenue. They have always had good experiences there, so I figured I would give them a shot at obtaining the components I needed.I have an LG washer and dryer I purchased from another retailer that was much closer to my house, but this retailer did not have the stacking kit or the dryer side vent kit I needed. So I called the Seattle Albert Lee and asked if they had the two kits I needed. They said yes, and that I could purchase the kits from any of their retail locations and then pick them up at the Seattle warehouse in Ballard. Great! I figured I would go to the Lynnwood location since it was most convenient for me. The store is clean, well lit, and staffed with plenty of people to help. I spoke to a salesman named Jake, he looked up the components I needed, but then asked if I had purchased my appliances from Albert Lee. I said no, and that's when things started to get confusing. He stated that since I did not purchase the appliances there, he could not sell me the two kits I needed, and the kits are generally only available if they install the appliances. I told him the Seattle store informed me I could buy them at any location and then pick them up at the warehouse. He said this information was not correct, and that maybe purchasing everything on Amazon would be a better idea. After a little more discussion, he reluctantly said he could order the kits, but they would be 7-10 days out and there would be a shipping charge. This wait time just wasn't going to work, especially since I wanted to get my appliance install finished and I knew the kits I needed were in stock at the warehouse. I told him thanks, but no thanks, and that I would figure something else out. From their parking lot, I promptly called the Seattle store and confirmed they can sell me everything I needed. A short drive later, I was at the Seattle store and spoke to a very friendly salesman named Scott, who was happy to sell me everything I needed. I then took my order ticket up to the warehouse in Ballard and grabbed my new stacking kit and side vent kit. Everything is installed and works great.Overall, I am pleased I got everything I needed, but a disappointed in the Lynnwood location. From this point forward, I will just go right to the Seattle store, even though its a little bit further to drive. I will be replacing all the appliances in my kitchen soon, and I am sure Scott will be happy to advise me on whatever I may need.2 stars for Lynnwood.5 stars for Seattle.

Bought a new refrigerator at this store. Our sales person was friendly and knowledgeable, and the purchase was stress free. Delivery of the new fridge went smoothly and we are very happy with our experience.

I'll start by saying that we didn't end up buying a Fridge but if we were going to I would absolutely buy one from Jeremy. He was super nice, knowledgeable, and was everything you want in a person helping you to navigate the appliance world.When you're in the market to buy an appliances I would recommend chatting with him.

Worked with Jake (no, not from state farm) and he was very helpful. We had an issue with the size that we needed and the timeframe to get one but he was able to get our issues taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and helped a lot. We are very happy.

Bought a zephyr hood and it didn't work from day one. More than 2 weeks on and still no idea when it can be fixed. Sales guy keep on saying customer department will contact you to schedule service. But no information from service department. Once got a call that they ordered some part but having no insight into when that part will come. No way to track anything. If it's a faulty product from day one then why not replace it. So far not very good experience with Albert Lee

Recently we needed to replace our refrigerator. We’d had a disappointing experience with another local appliance store in the past so we decided to check out Albert Lee Appliance in Lynwood. It turned out to be a very positive experience. The store is clean, well laid out, all the top brands! Aaron and the sales staff were polite, very knowledgable, and professional and they kept us up to date on delivery.
