Not so great experience. I talked to Radar on the phone and was supposed to meet with him but that changed once I got there. I was treated as if I was a bother and not a customer. I sold my car a month ago and still awaiting payment. I call multiple times a week only to get transferred a number of times or hung up on. I've been talking through the online chat and they relay the messages... sometimes. Every once in a while I get a person. Larissa has told me 2 or 3 times they'll call with updates and they don't. When I do talk to them they've always "just received" some paperwork and have to make a call or something. Hopefully I'll eventually get paid.

WOW: I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Ryan Ritchey and the entire service team at Carter Acura of Lynnwood for their quality of service and customer experience.
I was nervous bringing my TLX into another Acura dealer for service that was previously denied by others, but Ryan ensured that I would be taken care of! Everything from scheduling an appointment with the receptionist to providing me with a loaner car was seamless and stress-free. Communication via text was provided periodically from start to finish, something that I never experienced from a dealer. Punctual service and the best automotive customer experience I have ever experienced.

This dealer shop is not believable. I made reservation to change serpentine belt of my car (2016 ILX) with $230 estimated total price. I arrived at dealer on reserved time. I could not find the woman I made an appointment. another woman told part $104 and labor is $700. I am very surprised one hour labor is $700. This is real experience I found today. (June 5th, 2024).

I don't normally post reviews, but it CAN NOT go unnoticed that the Acura Service Department have arguably the best Reps and service. Camille Lim is my rep and she is "HER"!!! I won't go anywhere else, no offense to any other Acura dealership, but I'm locked in Lynnwood!!!

I worked with Marco H. at Acura of Lynnwood. As a first time buyer I found Marco to be wonderfully patient, kind, and helpful walking through my questions, wants, and concerns on many fronts. Marco also made test driving and walk-throughs not only informative, but laughably pleasurable. I would recommend Marco for any new car shopper. Manager L. Outstanding service, thanks Marco Hernandez for making my purchase from Alaska easy and worthwhile. Within 2 days we were able to complete the purchase seamlessly between Alaska and Seattle. I had shipping arranged through a 3rd party and provided drop off info to Carter Honda who kindly delivered car to the shipper and my car was here within the week. Highly highly recommend

Wow! I cannot recommend Carter Acura enough! I purchased an MDX from them this week. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Our sales specialist, Dave Moreno was patient and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or rushed. I was so impressed with how easy it was to work with him and the team. The entire team was so great to work with from the front desk to the sales manager. Thank you for providing such great service! I just love my MDX so much!

As a returning customer of Carter Acura of Lynnwood, Radar has been my go to guy. I initially leased my first brand new car through him, a 2021 RDX A-Spec, and he did his best to get me the best deal he could on it. Then when it came time to return my lease, I had already been eyeing the MDX Type-S since the day it had been announced, and Radar came through, once again, and did his best to get me the best deal. I want to give a huge thanks to RADAR as well as RUSSELL at Carter Acura, for doing their best, to get me the best, for my MDX Type-S! Yall are the BEST! Because, I Fking LOVE THIS CAR!!
I would love to eventually have the whole Type-S line-up with the TLX Type-S coming in next (hopefully soon) and will definitely be seeking Radar and Russell, once again for my next purchase! Thank you guys!
