A1 Auto Body is truly a life saver! I went to multiple shops to try to get my 2010 Ford Fusion lock looked at but no shop would even take the time to take a look. Jack and Tracy from A1 Auto Body took the time to troubleshoot and determine what the real issue was, he ordered the parts needed and FIXED the locking issue of my car. My car locks properly now thanks to A1 Auto Body! Thank you Jack and Tracy for taking the time. A1 Auto Body is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! They will take care of you.

Unfortunately, I would never take any vehicle here until they replace their staff in the office. She's extremely unprofessional and organized and unable to complete jobs at task. I truly hope whoever owns this business can get this message across that they truly need somebody else. It's unfortunate because the mechanic is an amazing mechanic and he definitely deserves better staff.

I wrecked the front end of my Toyota today and was pretty upset. I found A1 Auto Body Collision Repair on 148th in Lynnwood, and I can't recommend them highly enough! SUPER nice people from my first phone call to getting my estimate. The owner, Jack, went above and beyond to get me on the road again. If you need a place that treats you like a person instead of just a wallet, try them!

We had such a wonderful experience with A1 Auto Body. They were communicative, efficient, and very reasonable when it came to cost . They completed work on my car ahead of their estimation and went above and beyond with communication. An unexpected added bonus that I believe truly speaks to A1's commitment to customer service, I returned to find my car had been detailed, vacuumed and was returned in better condition than when I dropped it off. This was absolutely above and beyond. My car looks brand new after A1 worked their magic.I would highly recommend Jack and his team to anyone looking to repair their car.Thank you A1!

Satisfied !! He helped us repair our 2006 Mariner. God given and has a heart of God.When everyone else said no , he responded and took care of our car. Geico totaled our car even though it still drivable. Jack fixed it and restored the car like nothing happened. VERY HAPPY with the service and will come to him again for any service repair. Fair and just man . May God continue to bless your hands and your business. You don't know how much it meant for us to be able to restore the car back again. Best experience for body work! If I ever needed anything done on one of our vehicles again, Jack would be the first person I'd reach out to. I was updated every step of the way and considering I was paying out of pocket I was very glad after market parts were an option to help save a little bit. A+ service!

Jack is the the best. Small shop extremely good work. He will fix anything. Best experience ive ever had with a body shop. I was pleasantly surprised when not only was my car done days before expected but the price was less than i was quoted because he was able to salvage some parts.

I very impressed with the work they did on my car. I hired them to "try" and remove some terrible scratches and get rid of smeared on wax residual that really looked terrible and bothered me. Their work took 1 week, my car was delivered right on time, and the agreed price did not change. I really appreciate what they did because it looks like I paid for a new paint job. I feel this was reasonably I swear it looks like a brand new car.
