I work here...it's not a safe place to fuel up your vehicle... Three customers have had to pull the nozzle that was spweing gas onto the vehicle after it was full back into the pumps to get it to stop pumping...the guy that services the pumps cant paint without getting paint on the floor, he can't install a door knob that works, he can't fix a leaky sink.... As and the best part is the owners , managers and supervisors don't care
.. Keep pumping is what the manager said today after a good size diesel spill...I put our a fire in a trash can two months ago...the fire extinguisher srill needs to be refilled.. yep empty fire extinguisher..

Really both bathrooms are "out of order" because the employees don't want the hassle of maintaining the bathrooms? It's a basic human need and it's a shame that gas stations are closing the bathrooms at night time. It's a health problem to not allow people to urinate. Usually this location is good. But this is unacceptable.

02-23-24 update: I complained to 76 right away per the below experience and they got the word to the general mgr here Dan Kelso. He called and left a message explaining that he has been out sick and then what is happening. He apologized several times for my inconvenience. He explained they are in the process of switching over to an electronic leak detection which sometimes causes the pump to go into "limp" mode and pump slowly. They have been trying to get it fixed since mid December. So looks like it is temporary, they are aware it is a problem and working on it. That is what the clerk should have said to me. Very satisfied with the manager's response but obviously I won't be going back until this is fixed. Clerks need to be told what and how to respond and I suggest they put a sign on the pumps so you don't waste your time until fixed. So I gave him a star back for such a good response, but still low score cause I can't and won't fuel there until fixed and they could do more to let customers know what's happening. I will go back when fixed and adjust rating then.
2/16/24 Have been coming here for years pumping diesel. It was my favorite place for prices, location, wash, staff. Now the pump is super slow. It is not that cold out. When I complained to see if defective pump, Clerk says only 1 turbine for diesel and if someone else is pumping will be even slower. Honestly it is ridiculous flow rate. No longer my favorite and will avoid.
