Went in and got a spicy bite. The cashier accidentally rang me up for a batch of spicy wings. I asked for my receipt on the way out the door and noticed it so he gave me a refund. No problem there. But when I got home with the Spicy Bite (all of three blocks away), it was ice cold like it had just come out of the fridge.

I LOVE this store. This is the cheapest place to buy vapor products! I recently downloaded the app and now I save even more! I highly recommend this store ☺

Went to pick up a doordash for a customer and the guy behind the counter rolled his eyes and told me to move over so he could help the next customer. Very rude at this store.

The employees at this 7 eleven at night are very rude
When you ask the night clerk something, he simply doesn't answer. He looks down or goes to do something else and completely ignores you and to make matters worse he forgets something in your order.

Customer service sucks at this location. Nobody smiles or says thank you. All they want is your money, they don’t care to gain regular customers, obviously.
The 3 young guys that work here are extremely rude

Went into this store today I picked up the cheddar cheese and it had green mold on 3 of them and put of date by 2 weeks the pizza was like a piece of rock disgusting ???

If you need to pick up Amazon packages the locker is outside. You just need to go around all the construction equipment. No signs directing customers to the locker. The construction guys will yell about being closed, failing to realizing you might need the locker. No common sense. Avoid them and go around to pick up your packages.

Seven Eleven itself is pretty nice but I had the worst experience going in today. Walked in and got stuff like regular but had the shittiest experience with the cashier. I communicated with her that I wanted food but that I would pay first and then grab it since it was pizza and they normally give that to you, but she would not listen and then didn't charge me for the food I wanted so as I was walking out she stops me and tells me I need to pay when I should've been charged from the beginning. I was obviously confused and got pretty annoyed because there were two instances in which she was not listening. She was also very bad at even decent costumer service from the beginning. I hope to never be there when she's there again. Seven eleven should hire better cashiers.

The worker who made my pizza picked his nose and still was handling food and giving it out, did not wash or sanitize in any way…… straight nasty?

I love to visit here everyday…. It’s clean and nice . Moreover customer service is really great…. They are really kind to everyone as I see while waiting for my turn … 10/10 ??

They are a little more expensive than other convenience stores, but they do accept EBT and I appreciate that. But I did have a bad experience the other day there. I had asked for a pack of cigarettes. I was counting out alot of change. I grabbed the cigarettes and realized it was the wrong cigarettes. I told him that they should have been a different kind of cigarettes and he gave me the correct pack.I asked him if the price was the same. He said "same price". I went back later and asked him to ring up a pack of the cigarettes that I'd ask for and then I told him you said the price was the same but they are not. the cigarettes I wanted is $2 Dollars less. He said that it was because he had already rang them up and I said you overcharged me by $2 you should have given me $2 he said well you asked for them after they were already run up and the sale was completed. I told him that he shouldn't have told me they were the same price. He didn't offer to give me my $2 back. I don't appreciate being lied to. And I hate being looked at and treated as less than. I complained later to a young lady working and she was sympathetic. But said she couldn't do anything. But she was empathetic and actually listened. I really appreciated her for that.
