Beware of the overweight black woman. She will waste your time and money! I came in for 1 cup of coffee, it took her 5 mins to find it on the register! She also gave me 0.07 cents short, SHE SAID “you will need to come back for the remaining change”It took her 5 mins to find a cup of coffee on the register, thats right 5 MINS, she owed me 0.57 cents but she said I can only give you .50cents back, not 0.57, because she needs the change in her register therefore I will need to come back at another time. I BELIEVE THIS LADY IS SO ANGRY ABOUT HER WEIGHT THAT SHE USES HER REGISTER PRIVILEGE TO BE EVIL TO OTHERS.

The gentlemen cashiering on 4/21 a little after midnight was extremely helpful and courteous. It's refreshing to see people take their job seriously and with pride. I almost never get a cashier who firstly knows how to do anything beyond ringing up items ,secondly does so being pleasant, polite, and overall genuinely helpful. I had to load a prepaid card to pay a bill I had just woke up out of a dead sleep remembering that I needed to pay it asap. And I notoriously have some type of hassle trying to load my card at 7 11 and I wasn't looking forward to it. I was thankfully surprised to find the complete opposite situation. He even reminded me to take my receipt for the transaction which I had been burned before because of. All around excellent customer service. Whomever has this type of person working for them should know they picked a gem!

New management seems to be diligently working to fix problems pre-dating their takeover, retaliation has come in different forms but regardless- I'd go again for the decorations. There's a level of effort put in that makes it a nice place to be.

It's been a few weeks since I've been in the store and all I can say is WOW!! I wasn't even sure that it was the same location, the store is so much cleaner and the staff were super helpful!

The woman who checked me out was very helpful. I’m an amputee in a wheelchair and when my soda didn’t ring up she went to get another bottle herself. And she gave me a big gulp cup! So kind. I had a lovely experience. This is your standard small 7-11.

the cashier scammed me for 130 dollars I went to deposit 130 into my PayPal and she voided it at the last second and I went back it was a different worker. We have tried going back they said come back later 3 times in one day to get the footage and the footage is the cashier handing me the fee change for putting 130 in my PayPal.

I’ve got a couple problems with this place, so let’s get started,,,They say they’re 24 hours but I’ll pull up at 1030pm (most gas stations are open at this time, even non-24hour ones) and the doors will be locked with the same guy either sitting behind the counter on his phone or sweeping. I’ve waited outside and asked if he was open and he will shake his head and slam the door closed. I ask other employees during the day and they always say he should be open and that he might just be cleaning for a second but it’s consistently locked up any time he’s working.The employees there are not the nicest. I understand not always being in a good mood -I’ve worked at gas stations before! but they will literally ignore you. Here’s an actual interaction I had with one of the workers:“Hey how are you doing?”-silence-“Do you guys ID for lighters? I don’t have my ID on me”-silence-“Could i get that one?”-silence-he then slammed the (wrong) lighter on the counter and stared at me until i put my card into the reader and when i asked for a receipt he stared at me until i just walked out.

DO NOT GO TO THIS 7-11. I stopped in one day and bought a wrapped pastry, cinnamon stressed. Right away I could tell it was bad. It not only tasted and smelt different! It also has green mold! Not only ebay but the woman who wears sweat pants and opens during the morning is not friendly, always smoking outside when I pull up (I guess they pay you to smoke nicotine!!) And looks like she rolls straight our of bed every day. Explains why the food is old, laziness comes in two! And I am not sure who actually runs the place, but I have NEVER BEEN TREATED NONBELIEVERS BY ANY EMPLOYEE HERE. I WILL GO TO ANY 7-11 ASIDE FROM THIS ONE.
