The first time ever coming here, the lady working 2/15 around 2:30pm told me I looked better with my hair down after looking at my ID (my hair was in a bun). I found this extremely offensive & rude, & when I confronted her about how rude that was, she didn’t apologize. Don’t comment on people’s appearance.

Twice the guy has refused service. I've asked for tea, he said "not for sale". I asked for the 99 cent soda "not that price, you pay 2.29" even though the poster on the front says different.

I'm not sure If it's still as bad as last summer but they had a serious and I mean A SERIOUS!! ANT PROBLEM NEAR THE FOUNTAIN DRINKS N SLURPEES. All over the store . And when I tried to tell the fella working he just looked at me not suprised in the slightest and responded to me with "ok yes " it felt like I was doing a dissurvice mentioning the ongoing infestation.Big shame because it's right by my home and a great location . But not worth the bug suprise gulp lol

Buyer beware! The owner clearly does not follow typical 7 Eleven franchise protocol and is deciding to do things his own way. I was about to buy 6 wings (advertised as $1 each) and 2 pizza slices (advertised as 2 for $2.59) and when he rung me up it was almost $14!! His excuse was "the deals are expired" and did not try to give me the food at the price advertised. Typically I go to 7 Elevens for cheaper food for lunch because they normally are cheaper, if I wanted to pay $14 I would go to a restaurant! I will not be going to this location ever again!

I bought this syrup yesterday and today I saw the expected date,, and expected one month ago!!!!! I was so shocking, so I went back to the store I told them about the problem and they asked for the receipt and I didn't have it! And they told me they can't do anything for me, like I could be potential poised! Never buying herePLEASE LOOK FOR THE EXPECTED DATE BEFORE BUY SOMETHING FROM THIS STORE! ???

For decades I have been buying Big Gulp sodas at 7-Eleven based on the big sign out front what's a sale price on it. Yesterday I went to buy a 49 cent Big Gulp and they charged me $1.53 at the counter! Apparently they now have a club you have to join in order to buy a soda! I have been a customer of 7-Eleven stores since I was a child but no longer! I'm 63 years old and I will no longer give them my business and I told my daughter about it so they lost my children's business and my grandchildren's business. They got an extra Buck out of me but they lost three generations I've accumulated future earnings... It's a deceptive business practice! I had never heard of their club and I didn't know that that little banner at the bottom of the page had anything to do with being a member of any club because I didn't even notice it. I saw the price and that's what I thought I was paying just like I have for literally decades. Never again. I can go to McDonald's and get a larger soda for a dollar so why should I join a club so 7-Eleven can mind my data and send me spam?

I or my boyfriend shop here every day/night. We buy all of our beer/cigarettes/snacks here. They will no longer receive my business. You see the man that is there is always rude and never says hi or thank you to me for my business. That doesn't bother me that much usually. So tonight I used the sanitizer on the door before going in and my boyfriend held the door open for me. I mentioned it as I was coming in that it was cool they had it and was very obviously rubbing it all over my hands. I can't have gelatin. I noticed the candy I wanted had gelatin. So I put it back. I also decided to get a bigger bag of chips. I got scolded by the cashier for touching it and it's how he did it that really bothers me. It was as if I coughed and spit and blew my nose on everything in the store. He was so rude and nasty, more so than usual. I didn't see him use sanitizer or gloves before or after handling money or the register. He didn't seem to care then. My boyfriend that didn't use sanitizer touched stuff too, he didn't say anything to him. Maybe he's racist or sexist, who knows. There is a 711 a little bit further away from me but they always say hi, smile, and thank me every time I come in. I'm going to go there now.
