Sold a defective iphone mini to my 12 year old daughter. They have a 20 day guarantee but they do not honor it. The battery health states 100 percent but it drains really fast. We went to the Apple store and they said the battery was faulty.

Sold me a faulty phone. Bout my phone here less than 2 months ago, he also sold me a case and a screen protector. The case he sold me didn’t fit my phone and messed up the buttons on the phone. The phone is now randomly glitching green on the entire screen and he refused to let me trade it. Should have expected it I guess.

The phone is in superb condition, and he had the lowest price I have ever seen for the model I was looking for. He let me test out everything to make sure it works, and is very patient! Bought 3 Samsung Note 10+ just this week and 2 out of 3 of the phones were not carrier unlocked had to drive from seattle to Lynnwood not once but two times after purchasing the phones to exchange for phone that was unlocked the response to the issue was that 1 out of every 100 phones will have the issue of not being unlocked but i bought 3 phones which 2 were not unlocked so that is 2 out of 3 not q out of 100 and also was told when asking for a price reduction due to the inconvenience which this business caused me the consumer the one that helps keep his doors open i was told no that he sells quality products and good service and he cant just give away phones for free which that was not was even asked of him this business doesnt understand that referral and repeat business is how a business makes the most money and i will not be doing either one of those things because of the unprofessional approach and lack of care or appreciation that was expressed towards me after purchasing non working phones from this business?
