I've been looking for a very specific chair for the last month.I emailed Wiser's hoping they could help me find it. They replied the very next day and gave me a couple of options to get the chair I wanted.I never physically met or spoke on the phone with anyone at the store, nor have I ever purchased from them.Yet here they are , Katie (specifically), doing their best to help me find what I need.Customer Service, prompt replied and attention to details is obviously Wiser's top priority and I can't say enough good things about this business.

Went here looking for bed for our son. He picked on that rest flat on the floor. We did not mind as he liked it. When we were putting sheets on it we discovered that there was no base. The mattress just rest on the floor. Called them about returning and getting another (more expensive one) and they stated that it was on clearance so no returns or exchanges. And they do not explain anything about the furniture unless asked directly. If we knew that there was no bottom to the frame we would not have purchased it. We could have just placed a mattress on the floor by itself and have the same thing without the hassle. So word of advice - check everything about the furniture you might be getting to make sure it is what you want.

We have had the couch and chair for a week or so now. Absolutley love it. We shopped on a Saturday and delivery was on Tuesday.

Great inventory. Super helpful staff with no high pressure sales. Very accommodating with in store financing (I got 0% apr for a year) and free delivery. Found a sofa set and bought it right off the floor and they delivered the next day (no weekend delivery).

Love everything about this store! I'd take one of everything - if I could! The accessory items are my favorite! Great place to get a gift for someone too. We love the way you can browse at your leisure rather than have a pushy salesperson follow you. We also love the other freedoms while shopping as we browse the store. They work with you if there's any trouble.
