Seems that lately they are more worried about having a new name and logo than maintaining a reliable infrastructure. Web banking is slow and clunky and is often down (though they will never tell you that - they will just reject your credentials). Trying to get a live customer service person (excuse me - one of their "Client Care Directors") is more time consuming than trying to get Russel Wilson on the line.

Great bank, and awesome branch in Lynden specifically. Good experiences on both the business and personal side. Light years ahead of national banks like Key in their level of service.

My experience with these horrendous people were just as terrible as Virginia DemonicVs. And I also notice that the comment left by that person was deleted.... why doesn’t this bank try to help the business owners they wrong instead of ignore us?

Colleen went above and beyond to help me despite her computer crapping out and refusing to do its job. She asked my questions to all the right people on my behalf, and figured out a solution to a potentially big headache that could've taken me days to fix. She got everything done in less than 30 minutes and was being totally nice even though it was a hassle for her.
