Getting a new device set up takes a long time, so it’s important to have friendly and patient people. Koby at Victra in Lynden was both friendly and patient. Great experience.

I'm glad to hear that others have had a good experience at this store. Unfortunately, I didn't. They were friendly and personable. But I went into the store to replace my SIM card and was told that the problem was my SIM card reader was faulty. I was also told that this "happens all the time". I later learned from a person whose profession is fixing phones that this is not common and can't be determined without a proper diagnosis, which didn't happen.They said I needed a new phone and I was told that it would be $400. One hour and $500 later, I left with a new phone that included over $200 of add-ons and accessories that I didn't request, nor did we even talk about...except A car phone charger that I was told would be free if I gave a good review and a phone case they told me about that I said I would take if they gave it to me for free. When they showed me the bill and it came to $500, I was startled and said that I was told it would be $400. I was given an extremely confusing explanation. I went ahead and paid the bill because I was afraid that I was going to say something that I would later regret. The next day I returned the accessories that I could, including the case and the charger and was able to at least recoup $100, taking my total cost down to the $400 that I had been told and had already needlessly spent.The worse thing for me, is that I like my old phone far better than my new one. I realize I could have insisted that they just change the SIM card and go somewhere else if they didn't do it. I also realize that I could have and should have settled on the price and the specific add-ons and accessories before purchasing the phone. So that's on me.However, while I'm not going to label them as shady swindlers, I don't trust them. And based on my experience, I/m sorry to say that I won't go to that store again.

Cell phone upgrades can always be a bit challenging, especially with multiple devices, but the staff at Victra were incredibly helpful and committed to finding me the best product, explaining the particulars of the contract and working diligently to fix any issues that arose with set up. I will definitely be sticking with them as my phone store!

I went in to get a new phone and was assisted by Josue (he always wears a black Calvin Klein sweatshirt). The first visit was an hour with my 2-year-old with me just trying to see if they could figure out the issue with my phone. He couldn't so I got a new phone. The second visit with my daughter took another hour to buy the phone. The phone was ordered on Friday, and he told me the phone would arrive in the store on Monday. After hearing nothing on Monday I called on Tuesday and got the automated customer service that sent me a tracking number showing it was signed by Josue on Monday at 9am. My wife stopped by at 4:51 that Tuesday when they were to be open until 7pm and it was closed. On Wednesday I went in again with my daughter and it took another hour. He told me that I wasn’t called, texted, or emailed when the phone arrived because he needed to ask someone a question about it. No mention of what that question was or if he asked anyone. I also asked if there was an option to get the phone shipped to my house rather than the store. He laughed and sheepishly said ‘yeah there is that option. But you’d have to come back in the store to get it activated’. All of my research has said there’s no reason to be in-store to activate the phone. The whole process was three hours, I’ll change providers before buying another phone in store.

I was passing through, needed a new SIM card.I'm sure they're lovely people; the clients in front of me got great service. They chatted, they talked about family, they talked about technology, they talked about more family...The two employees, the established one and the training one, both helped the clients in front of me. No acknowledgement to my presence, no sense of urgency - or of movement at all.Stood and waited for 20 minutes. Note to self: stop elsewhere next time.

I went in with a settings problem with my Samsung phone that I couldn't resolve. Store manager Kevin was very helpful and friendly. He was able to resolve my problem within about 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this store.

We worked with Sabrina and she was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! She answered our many questions and informed us of all of our options, explained things well, and was honestly just super kind. Great experience and I’ll definitely be back in the future because of it!
