Josue B was so informative, pleasant and patient with myself and others in the store.

Traveling from Maryland state; walked into the Lynden, Washington location, and was immediately greeted by Josue B who was already servicing two other customers when I arrived. Josue B’s customer support, technical expertise, and the way that he solely managed each of my (and others) concerns/needs was impressively outstanding! Thanks for providing such awesome customer service. Josue B is a rear gem and his support is/was greatly appreciated.

Noah and the store manager really took care of me and set me up with the exact phone and Ipad I needed! My son just moved out and took his pc. I needed the Ipad, definitely! I'm a petsitter and needed the S24 camera, too!

Initial visit was satisfactory at the store in Lynden Washington. But a few days later I required info regarding my visa payment and consistently put on hold/call dropped and unable to navigate online assistance after several attempts gave up. Extremely frustrated!

I'm glad to hear that others have had a good experience at this store. Unfortunately, I didn't. They were friendly and personable. But I went into the store to replace my SIM card and was told that the problem was my SIM card reader was faulty. I was also told that this "happens all the time". I later learned from a person whose profession is fixing phones that this is not common and can't be determined without a proper diagnosis, which didn't happen.They said I needed a new phone and I was told that it would be $400. One hour and $500 later, I left with a new phone that included over $200 of add-ons and accessories that I didn't request, nor did we even talk about...except A car phone charger that I was told would be free if I gave a good review and a phone case they told me about that I said I would take if they gave it to me for free. When they showed me the bill and it came to $500, I was startled and said that I was told it would be $400. I was given an extremely confusing explanation. I went ahead and paid the bill because I was afraid that I was going to say something that I would later regret. The next day I returned the accessories that I could, including the case and the charger and was able to at least recoup $100, taking my total cost down to the $400 that I had been told and had already needlessly spent.The worse thing for me, is that I like my old phone far better than my new one. I realize I could have insisted that they just change the SIM card and go somewhere else if they didn't do it. I also realize that I could have and should have settled on the price and the specific add-ons and accessories before purchasing the phone. So that's on me.However, while I'm not going to label them as shady swindlers, I don't trust them. And based on my experience, I/m sorry to say that I won't go to that store again.

Cell phone upgrades can always be a bit challenging, especially with multiple devices, but the staff at Victra were incredibly helpful and committed to finding me the best product, explaining the particulars of the contract and working diligently to fix any issues that arose with set up. I will definitely be sticking with them as my phone store!
