I always had a pleasant experience at this branch. The teller Nkesia (I'm sorry if I misspelled your name!) was juggling both the drive through banking and walk ins and she handled it like a champ! Also she was so kind and knowledgeable to answer all my questions. The lady who greeted me was also very helpful! I never feel like 'just another customer' when I go in there.

I was referred by friend to refinance a mortgage. I had just done another refi using the Costco loan program. Costco does cost less with better rates but you are using out of town lender. I spoke with mortgage broker at branch. The loan was going to cost about $1000 over using Costco but thought it would be worth it to stay local.Lender provided me spread sheet with cost break down. They do charge an application fee of $400 which is unusual. But I choose to proceed. Then the Uniform Residential Loan Application arrived in my email via docusign. If you haven’t signed electronically before make certain you read everything and reconcile the costs. The software is designed to scroll through to each signature , if you don’t go back you miss reading what you are asked to sign.So looking through the application there was about $3000. In added fees that were not disclosed in the upfront estimate. Now it’s costing about $4000 more than Costco. $2100 origination, how was that forgotten in estimate? Now hers the reason I am writing this review. I sent an email asking for a phone call to discuss the increase.. Nothing happened for days until I get an email apologizing my email went to junk email. No attachment so doubtful. But what wasn’t doubtful no phone call. Then I left a voice mail after calling several times. Didn’t hear anything for a couple of days until I got an email saying she had tried to call twice and my phone rang once and disconnected. Invited to call her but of course no answer. And my phone worked for everyone else. Last contact was email from a loan processor asking I start submitting documents. I just responded I was no longer interested. I am in the process of the refi with a Costco lender ( bank fees/origination capped at $250.) it will cost about $3500 less than US Bank would have. What’s most upsetting is I allowed my credit run. If they were up front honest with costs I wouldn’t have. And don’t let anyone tell you enquiries don’t run your score down. Then there’s the fee of almost $900. Not to escrow. Which wasn’t included in the costs I’ve discussed. It’s the ting now, but this was excessive. Double tge costco lender. If there’s one thing to take away from this it’s read and reconcile the Residential Loan Application. It’s not easy but important.I waited a couple of weeks to write this and just thought the process USBank Lynden for Mortgages not upfront and honest. Good luck folks

Personnel are always friendly and helpful with my banking needs. They go the extra mile to make sure my accounts are in order and other specialties like Western Union and Money Orders are done accurately.

No bank at this location, but google maps puts it in the middle of the cul-de-sac.
