The lady who works the evening shifts is very sweet and funny. She always comments how tired I look when I come after work. The stores always really clean inside and out, well stocked. I like going there, they also take beer requests and try to get their vendors to stock them!

The lady that works here just told a customer "I can't do it right now, leave me alone" in a very annoyed voice when he asked her for something (I couldn't hear what). Granted, she's alone here at the moment and was filling up our propane tank. But I've worked in customer service for 10 years and would never dare speak to a customer that way. I don't care if "she's just having a bad day"- that job is the wrong fit for this lady and is going to give this gas station bad name.

The outside and inside of the SpeedPro gas station is super clean and all their signage is brand new! I popped in to grab a drink and a snack and they have a great selection. I was also greeted by the owner and his son, Manny, fantastic people.

Terrible customer service. Marianne is the name of the unpleasant and condescending gas station attendant whom I had to disgraceful "pleasure" of meeting ?.... What can I say, I've worked 10+ years in the customer service industry and she is by far the most miserable and unpleasant cashier I have ever met ?♀️. I asked a simple yet straight forward question about lottery tickets and she just stood there rudely staring at me with this cringeworthy awkward silence until she finally decided to speak up and say "what do you mean" in the most condescending tone, and I simply repeated my question and slightly reworded it as I really couldn't get any clearer then that and she continued to stare at me without answering me. Then i realized I'd have to figure this out on my own by removing the sign that was blocking the information on the screen and searching for answers on my won.... I will never go back to that gas station ever again ? that entire situation made me cringe and feel extremely uncomfortable. She might want to consider a change in career or take some 5-HTP or something ?♀️.

The lady working there knew the pump was broken and instead of putting a sign up just watched as people wasted there time trying to get it to work in the freezing cold weather.
