Excellent service, I made an appointment and showed up about 15 minutes before it and I was checked in, finished and out the door by my appointment time. I will continue to use and recommend this location.

Terrible service! They demand appointments only, you come in for an appointment and wait far longer than you should, they charge for everything including making an online payment (paying to pay is ridiculous), and EVERY time I go in they claim they never have an order for me. It CONSTANTLY turns into a two to three week back and forth of them telling me to ask my doctor to send them the order, the doctor saying they sent my order, me making another appointment just to repeat this process over and over.

The nurse was cold and heartless, as if I were a dog she was putting down. She couldn't find a vein (which I have never had that issue in over 30 years), and acted as if I had done something wrong. Giving me advice all the way out the door after sticking me twice! I pray that she would grow a conscience and see others as God sees her! However, I will NEVER return to this specific facility!

A disgusting disorganized lab office totally dependent on digital registmanner. & inconsistent hours.One patient was with the phlebotomist 32 minutes while everyone waited.Honestly Quest needs to provide a second staff person to deal with customers so the phlebotlmist can do her clinical workLong waits at 2 different . LabSites for a simple blood draw.What does one do if they are ill but need lab service.. sit & suffer & expose others. Many people cannot make an appt but go to the lab as fter seeing their HCP. LeSe staff your labs with more employees & serve others in a more professional mannef.

This facility is definitely not my favorite. They are extremely short if someone walks in without an appointment. Not everyone knows the rules. I think they could use a course in compassion and professionalism.

Staff here has always been friendly. I really appreciate the appointment and sign in system so that my wait time is predictable. Location is great.

I called the number to just get more information and it did say appointment recommended. I did make the appointment through the phone system and it was a bit frustrating as it would give you times but when I picked on it would say 'not available'. I just kept choosing until one was open. I am still giving the clinic a high ranking despite this frustration as the three gals I met were extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely go there in the future.

The rudest nurse I have ever delt with at this quest . They lost my appointment and blamed me until I showed the messages I received from them confirming my appointment and time. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location in the feature.

Quest diagnostic inside Safeway in Lynden. The technician was very rude to me she angrily told me that I have to have an appointment before testing I'm not very happy with service especially when outside is a sing that said no appointment needed walk ins welcome. I had to take this test by 9am as per my Dr. Orders but she didn't take me in until she had help other 4 people 45 minutes after 9am when she came up to me she rudely ask me twice if I understood that I had to make an appointment. Everyone she took before me were all white Americans I'm a Hispanic person none the less an American citizen I feel that I was very much discriminated against. A Very bad customer service experience I will go to another location never again to this Quest laboratory.

What an awful, hateful woman I dealt with at this facility. Zero compassion. Zero desire to be helpful in any way. Way to make a difficult situation all the harder. I hope she feels good about herself.

I had hoped to just go to the quest labs website and click on one button to make an appointment. But there was no such button and after making a number of attempts, was not able to find it. Forget it!

Worst experience I have had in a medical setting in a long time. Staff was extremely unprofessional and the facilities/sign-in procedures make no sense. Then the gal who was working in the lab is making fun of how d*** people on the Right are, especially anyone who wants to chose what vaccines their kids get. Top if off they don't accept the lab work in a digital format but printed only.If you want a non ignorant and disrespectful experience use any other place.
