Bellewood Farms
6140 WA-539 #3, LyndenBeautiful apple farm . The tractor train experience is amazing. The Free Tyres play area for kids is good . Maze and pumpkin gardens are also there. Still time for the festival.Apple picking and the cost paid is really unbelievable. The tractor ride is also very reasonable. The cost includes picking of good quality apples as much as you want. Which is really admirable. Good Cafe . The in house store of home made goodies is a great experience.
The views of Mount Baker are astonishing.

Bellewood Ten Mile Cafe
6140 WA-539 #2, LyndenI was here towards the end of July this year (2023), which was not apple season yet, but I thought it looked like a cool place to visit even without the apple picking. I visited the market cafe first when I arrived for lunch. I did their half sandwich/half salad with the veggie sandwich and 10 mile salad. The sandwich was a little oily but really tasty. I loved the brea The salad was supposed to come with house vinaigrette but came with a cup of what I think was pure olive oil. I just dipped my fork in the oil before taking a bite to moisten things up and it oddly enough worked - the apples were juicy enough to add enough flavour to make this a nice salad on their own, but would have been way nicer to get an actual vinaigrette. I had an apple cider slushy and a Dutch apple pie too, which were both amazing, especially the pie. It was three months ago and I still remember the flavour of the apples and the rich crumb! The baked goods in the case all looked great. It was a bit slow to get my good, maybe because a group of 6-7 ordered right before me, but the server was super nice. After lunch, although the orchard wasn't open for picking, I went out to walk the nature trail out back, and the empty orchards were open just to walk around too. The nature trail is short but a nice little walk going over a creek. It's mostly shaded, which was a big relief in the summer heat. The gift shop inside, which was my next stop, has many locally produced home goods and snacks. Interesting to check everything out. I bought a box of Washington apple green tea here, which I've been enjoying since. Friendly clerk here too, and she offered help while I was looking. A/C in the store and cafe. Last stop was the distillery room. I had to make this quick to catch the bus so I only sampled one spirit, a pumpkin spice brandy (I'm not sure if I remember the type of alcohol correctly so it could've been something different, but definitely pumpkin spice). It was amazing, the alcohol was strong and the savoury pumpkin really came through and complimented the spirit, and it didn't taste artificial like cheap pumpkin spice spirit. I'm sure apple picking is great, but this is a fun stop even during the off season for a nice lunch in a unique setting, quality spirits, and a nice gift shop showcasing quality local goods.
