I dropped my truck off with them at their lynden location to have the windshield replaced, and had my custom Glock handgun stolen out of the center console by one of the employees. There were obvious signs someone had been through my center console and moved items around. Conveniently their cameras were also not working that day… The lynden police handled the situation amazingly, but unfortunately were unable to pursue the issue beyond interviewing the employees and reporting my handgun as stolen.

I had a loose and a missing piece of window trim on my Sienna. They secured my loose piece of trim for free. And told me how to inexpensively get a replacement piece for other side. No charge. Great service.

Got a chip in my windshield on the freeway, and brought it into them the next day. Within 5 minutes they had me pull my car in, and within another 5 min, they fixed the chip. In and out in 20 min. They didn't even charge me for the chip repair. They replaced two windshields for me in the past--excellent service, fair prices. I will make sure to do future repairs/services with them. Great businesses are rare; I will support them whenever I can.

Friendly and efficient company. Did a great job replacing the cracked/ chipped windshield on my Porsche (which has cameras) after an unfortunate run in with a rock on the freeway ? Looks and works like new - orginal parts and quickly done! This is our second time using them (different car) - they've been consistently great!

Went in to get glass air pressured and they were quick at getting an appt made to fix the problem and so polite and easy to work with ! Couldn't speak more highly on these guys!

we used the Louis auto glass residential service. They replaced a new slider that was not supposed to be replaced and left dirt and debris inside the house. they had to spend an additional day putting the slider back in that wasn't supposed to be removed in the first place. during the first rain that we had our living room window leaked excessively, and our kitchen window had to drip. Would never recommend.

I brought a vehicle to these guys about six or seven years ago to have a ding repaired. They treated me so well that I've been back many times over the years. My recent visit was no exception. Booked my former police suv into shop for a possible windshield leak and not only did they find what was causing the water to flood the front passenger floor with water, but sealed off an access hole through the firewall that the police ran wire into passenger compartment to engine bay.Oh and no charge......!!!I WILL be having all my residential and auto needs filled by one glass company from now on.Thanks guy for what you do.
