Sent email week ago to get estimate for sevices, called 3 times - no response, no estimate, no nothing. We are local Lynden business, wanted to work with local business, but now we will switch back to Best of Signs. Not recommending to waste time waiting for an estimate - you will never get it.

We’ve used Hats Off to make various different clothing items with our company’s logo. They’ve always done an amazing job, finish in the expected timeframe, and make sure everything is just right. Not to mention the products hold up to the tough and messy work of our industry.

Horrible customer service and craft quality, I am surprised this company is still in business in Lynden. If you can find any other option for branding you should consider it.

I don't like leaving poor reviews , this store has great staff and a very nice store and people, but the orders take such a long time to be completed. this is the 2nd time I have waited weeks for a simple order.. I ordered a mask with school logo for graduation on May 16th and when checked on my order it won't be done until June 15th.. that is a day shy of a month waiting and will miss the graduation. I don't like leaving poor reviews, because the staff is so nice there, but it is frustrating

Horrible customer service. The ladies At the counter couldn't wait to turn their back to me to get back to the orders they were working on. I visited the store to purchase a lions bag. The price tag said $59.95 and it rang up $5 more. The lady had zero intentions of doing a price adjustment or apologizing for the missed ticket. And I was told the bag I ordered would take a few weeks. I have no idea when my order will be in. I also asked for a youth sweatshirt. They gave me a catalog to look through. All the sweatshirts were for men/women. When asked if there were youth sweatshirts, I was told there were some. After a few pages in and not finding a youth sweatshirt or getting help, I left. So unfriendly and unhelpful.

I have been using Hats Off for a few years now for my business. They make patches for our custom POLICE uniforms. Lindsay and Cheryl are very professional and always courteous. I've never had any problems with my orders and they are ALWAYS done on time and have always been accurate. I've used other businesses and had problems with delays and inferior quality-not with Hats Off! I highly recommend this business! Thank you Lindsay and Cheryl-you're the best!

My husband took a hat in to have a name embroidered, and was charged over double what Eagles Nest ever charged. He also went by to find out when his hat would be ready for pick up, and was told the next day. He went back to pick it up, and not only was it not done, but they wanted to know what color of stitching he wanted. They had not written it down and didn't bother to call him and ask him even though they had his phone number. They had his hat for over a week. Such a hassle and way too expensive! Won't be going back!
