I was really nervous after reading other reviews and it had been 5 years since I’ve had my hair cut professionally. Strongly recommend the online checkin to avoid a wait. After I got my text I was in a chair within 5-10 mins.May (my hair professional) was kind and made sure she understood what I wanted. She even asked follow up questions when she started the layers to be sure I was getting what I was hoping for.I was going from hair to my belly button area/natural waist to just past my shoulders and wanted some layers. May did exactly what I asked! I knew my hair was damaged and neglected but she only gently suggested that I get trims about every 3 months and I strongly agree.Thank you May for helping me on my first steps back to healthier hair!Service: Haircut

Only about a 30 minute wait which was very fast since I did a online walk in on a Saturday. I requested "Juniper" to cut off my luscious locks that I have been growing out for a little over 3 years and she had a great time doing it. She kept it very fun and professional and performed a fantastic head and scalp massage? and gave me the cleanest cut I have ever received? 10/10 for Juniper giving me a great experience and I hope I'm spelling your name right! Every one else that I associated with were very nice and professional as well. Great Job?

I gave the stylist instructions to leave the length in the back and specifically not to layer it. Well, she cut it too short and layered it. She decided that the hair was too heavy for the style I wanted and cut my hair based on what she thought was best. She needs to listen to the customer and do what the customer asks for.

Showed up at 8am when they opened said 38 minute wait 2hours to get a hair cut. Not impressed with the out come was rushed will not be coming here again

Stopped by to get some help controlling the frizz my hair has taken on since moving here a couple weeks ago. Ellie was extremely helpful in showing me a styling product from Bed Head that smoothed out the issue brilliantly.Will be back to try out the hair cutting soon!Service: Hairstyling

This is the second time I visited Lynden's location and I am not satisfied. The old (Oldest) lady who cut my hair and my Son's hair stated that she does not know how to cut hair while it is dry; she always has to shampoo the hair before any hair cut. Last time, She cut my hair very, she cut it very short and my hair did not look even close to the style I had requested (from a magazine they have at their location). She always tries to make you buy two or three hair products from their locaction. I never buy any of their products, as I always go for a simple haircut. Ugly haircut.Service: Haircut

I called in and I was told the ONLY way to book is online or through the app. I told them I would be booking online then. They told me its a 175 minute wait time, so I booked online, I showed up for my alotted online booking, and the store was closed!!! Talk about completely unprofessional. Whats happening here, is they dont have enough staff, so they created new store hours which has them closing at 3 on Saturdays...BUT...The app and online booking does not take account for this, so...like me, you will book online or the app, you will even call in to confirm your booking, and then, they will just close on you, while the app says "COME RIGHT IN, ITS TIME FOR YOUR BOOKING" SMH. Honestly, you guys need to figure this out. This is completely unprofessional. Either get an app that reflects your new hours, to where ppl cannot book beyond your new hours, or shut the doors for good. I know, after this happening to me 3 times now, I wont be coming back, and Im sure im not the only one. Couple that with the fact I've been skipped over a few times when I walked in, and this place is a mess.Service: Haircut

I waited 3 hours for my turn to get my hair cut and they completely rushed it. This was the worst haircut experience I have ever had. After the woman already butchered my hair, she asked for help from another person. She asked me if it was good and I told her that it looked very choppy on the layers. After all of this, she says to the other person that she is not good at this stuff. I ended up crying my eyes out on the ride home. I'm never coming back and I DO NOT recommend to anyone. They don't know how to cut girls' hair.

You get what you pay for. The stylist I had is probably the nicest there. No frills place but no awkward-fake-full-of-themselves kinda feeling either... loved it.

Was unable to reserve a time online, but called ahead of arrival and was told there would be a 35 minute wait. Was greeted warmly when I arrived, and only waited about 20 minutes before Cindy cut my hair. Very pleased with the cut and customer service. I will be back!
