Lynden Great Clips was my only choice for many years, but not anymore. I used to see all the same faces each time I went, and they each could cut my hair the way I liked it. I've had a few lousy haircuts over the past couple of years, and I don't dare to come back anymore. The stylists are always nice, but either I can't communicate to them what I want, or they don't have the attention to detail that's needed.

Worst boys haircut I have EVER seen. I am a former stylist and manager of a Great Clips in Bellingham and I have never seen a haircut leave the salon that looked as terrible as the one my son just received. My husband ask the stylist to fix it while he was there and she just proceeded to make it worse. I called the salon when they got home asking for a manager to call me back, which she never did. The stylist I spoke to on the phone said the stylist who cut my sons hair was new, that much was already clear to me. My question is, why is the salon allowing someone who is obviously unexperienced to let her clients leave without them being checked, or why are they not letting clients know that they are new and may require help for other stylists? This is absolutely unexpectable. Plus, my sons birthday party was the same day so we did not have time to take him back, nor did I have time to fix the cut myself, so he had to wear a hat all day. Needless to say, I had to fix the cut at home.

Absolutely horrible men's hair cut, uneven and missed pieces, scalped the back. I don't know how this woman has her license to cut hair. Be aware!

It had been awhile since my last haircut and so I was feeling a bit more than just a little shaggy. Upon entering the shop I didn't see any of the familiar faces but really needed a haircut, so went with it. The barber was very pleasant and verified how I wanted it cut. She was quick and thorough and I have been very pleased with how even the cut was, and just to my liking. No doubt, I'll be back.

I was really nervous after reading other reviews and it had been 5 years since I’ve had my hair cut professionally. Strongly recommend the online checkin to avoid a wait. After I got my text I was in a chair within 5-10 mins.May (my hair professional) was kind and made sure she understood what I wanted. She even asked follow up questions when she started the layers to be sure I was getting what I was hoping for.I was going from hair to my belly button area/natural waist to just past my shoulders and wanted some layers. May did exactly what I asked! I knew my hair was damaged and neglected but she only gently suggested that I get trims about every 3 months and I strongly agree.Thank you May for helping me on my first steps back to healthier hair!Service: Haircut

2 of three haircuts were ok-ish. 3rd haircut was embarrassing. This isn’t about the money, not looking for a refund. Just letting you know it will be a hit and miss. I wish I could leave a glowing review because the three different stylist were nice people. Sadly the outcome isn’t presentable. I’d love to go back and give them more chances but I don’t have the courage ?

Only about a 30 minute wait which was very fast since I did a online walk in on a Saturday. I requested "Juniper" to cut off my luscious locks that I have been growing out for a little over 3 years and she had a great time doing it. She kept it very fun and professional and performed a fantastic head and scalp massage? and gave me the cleanest cut I have ever received? 10/10 for Juniper giving me a great experience and I hope I'm spelling your name right! Every one else that I associated with were very nice and professional as well. Great Job?

I gave the stylist instructions to leave the length in the back and specifically not to layer it. Well, she cut it too short and layered it. She decided that the hair was too heavy for the style I wanted and cut my hair based on what she thought was best. She needs to listen to the customer and do what the customer asks for.

Showed up at 8am when they opened said 38 minute wait 2hours to get a hair cut. Not impressed with the out come was rushed will not be coming here again

Stopped by to get some help controlling the frizz my hair has taken on since moving here a couple weeks ago. Ellie was extremely helpful in showing me a styling product from Bed Head that smoothed out the issue brilliantly.Will be back to try out the hair cutting soon!Service: Hairstyling
