Not actually a FedEx they only take ready to go packages unable to get labels or any other services there except giving sealed and labeled packages waste of my time don't waste yours unless you have already sealed and labeled your package.

I have specifically asked that all packages you deliver to my address be placed in the back covered patio. This is on the label. The last 2 packages have been dropped at the top of the front step in the rain and were completely soaked. Even if the deliverer had slid it in closer to the door or rung the doorbell it would have been protected from the rain. UPS manages to follow this request. If you can't I will ask for a different carrier.

Keep pushing arrival times back, never on time, constantly have this issue with no signs of improvement
