“I always had a pleasant experience at this branch. The teller Nkesia (I'm sorry if I misspelled your name!) was juggling both the drive through banking and walk ins and she handled it like a champ! Also she was so kind and knowledgeable to answer all my questions. The lady who greeted me was also very helpful! I never feel like 'just another customer' when I go in there.”
“Best Bank, only issue is the Lynden branch doesn't do US for Canadian exchange when its right next to the border. You want five stars, fix this, otherwise you get 4. Staff is amazing at Lynden branch they get 10/10!!”
“My husband and I went to ICU in lynden to refinance our car and get a HELOC .We were met by a man named Chris Juchmes,who was the absolute best!!! Right from the start he was so friendly and eager to help us.Chris went above and beyond my expectations,he met us after hours to do paperwork because my husband had to work later then expected,he also not only took our calls at all hours but called us right away if we had to sign more paperwork etc...He just made what could of been a stressful time so much more stress free.I truly appreciated the time he spent with us explaining everything .I highly recommend Chris”
