I’ve been using them for a while. Honestly they are ok. Seems to have gone downhill since covid.

It’s handy but their staff hours are only 3 hours per week. Sometimes if you get multiple orders they can’t check them in on time. Therefore you need to make more trips to avoid the extra storage fee charge. Not worth the time for me. Customers shouldn’t be paying for understaff issues.

I've had a parcel box at this location for about a year, and it's super handy to get to from south langley, nexus card in hand. The fee is decent and it's a nice little drove to the main street in Lynden.
