Our post office may have little glitches from time to time. However I believe they have stepped up and are fulfilling a role and great service to rural customers. We live in a world now where we don't feel safe getting packages left at the end of our driveway or dropped off in mailboxes and our postal service is fulfilling a need that they were never intended to.Thank you for your hard work.

Never able to get my packages on time. We were wondering where our purina package was and had checked the mail two days in a row. We checked the shipping info and turns out it had been delivered 3 days ago and we had no notice of this. No parcel or package slip. We get more mail for other people and other box numbers than we get our own. We’ve notified them multiple times and yet we are constantly getting others mail, and nothing changes. Honestly have never had so many problems with this post office until the last 4-6 months and it’s ridiculous.

There has been many changes to this small town post office and not for the better, and the customer service is terrible.

We went from getting our mail in morning to when ever the postal person wants to deliver it plus I don’t get all my packages delivered either.

Sent back packages that had my address on it but not P.O. BoxNo effort made to match the name to a box that has exits for almost 30 years!?

This mail service has THE MOST inconstant mail delivery times it’s ridiculous!!!! I waited all day for my package to be delivered, and to have them say it wasn’t able to be delivered because someone wasn’t there at the time. They said they left a note, which is no where to be found. This is so incredibly frustrating, as it was the second time this has happened. They need to find people to actually do their job and mail at a consistent time!!! So tired of this!!

We tracked a package that Laura Jones signed for in house but it didn't go to the intended person it was mailed to. tried to call the Office but it can't get thru. What are our options?

Terrible, if you interact with the post master, expect to be talked down to and degraded, you are taking her time... not a customer. Insults and condescension is the standard.

In regards to service and always being informed and helpful, the ladies who run the post office on a daily basis and work the counter are five stars. I've used Bingen, White Salmon and Lyle post offices for business and personal and let's just say Bingen and Lyle are super helpful and customer service oriented.
