They NEVER deliver mail when it snows. Deliver no matter the weather is a big fat lie. Can't contact anyone about the problem. Gave them a 1 because there is no ZERO

I very seldom leave a negative review for anyone. And I'm hesitant to do so considering this is the USPS and mail is so important and I dont want to be on the postmasters bad side. But something needs done here.This used to be the nicest post office with the nicest staff that would go out of their way to help you. The new lady could care less if something is important to you or not. Hopefully something changes here. Don't forget your key. Even if you have ID she will not open your box. And there's been other issues I could go into but won't .The small town atmosphere went poof out window when she arrived. Im giving it 2 stars because the other young lady is very friendly otherwise it woud be zero stars.

usually it's a great place! the new hires aren't very helpful, usually they open up my po box for me if I don't have my key but the new lady working refused to when all of the other workers have always opened it and have been accommodating

Does their job correctly. Usps puts my packages inside my gate and are such wonderful sweet people.Unlike how FedEx has been leaving my packages outside my gate, multiple things has been stolen. Support usps not FedEx.

It would be nice if the postman would actually deliver packages to the front door. If it doesn't fit in the mailbox, he just leaves a notice. Pure laziness.

Terrible customer service - not listening, contradictory information, and the "brains" of the operation can't communicate clearly. It is no wonder the USPS is losing money, and I pay for this service!

We love the Loon Lake post office! The postmaster is AMAZING, always accommodating and ready to help the people of Loon Lake with mail needs. The office staff is friendly and social. Overall a great little post office!
