I really want to like this location as I use it constantly as it's the only self serve in our area. Unfortunately the lack of a proper water filtration system in combination with longviews horrible hard water leaves my car looking worse then it did before I come in unless you bring a shammy/towell. Had to use a clay bar on my car to get the water spots out even after using a full 4 minute cycle of thier "spot free rinse". It's unfortunately the best/only we got here in longview just make sure to bring a drying towell for the self serve.

I come here regularly and have always had a good experience. Employees are nice. Car always comes out clean.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The employees were rude and missed several spots during the service. The cost was high, and I don’t feel it was worth the money. This is not a review "from a competitor" as suggested in a reply—I had this experience just last weekend. Interestingly, there was another review from three weeks ago describing a similar encounter, including staff acting rudely if you don’t pull in correctly. One employee even made a sarcastic comment about needing a bigger sign. In hindsight, I should have left immediately. While I understand that everyone has bad days, these recent reviews suggest a pattern.

This car wash is located in an area where it's hard to access. I am not from the area and stationed here for the military. Therefore, I came up the wrong side of the alley. However, there are no signs posted that it's the wrong side to access the wash. As I pulled up, a young man started to be angry because where I pulled up from. I could read his lips what he was saying. Words that I can't type here. He then tries to tell me something from a distance where I can not hear a word he's saying and can't read his lips anymore because he's talking so fast. He then gets irritated because I can't hear him. All he had to do was take a few steps closer to where I could hear and get clear guidance in where he wanted me to park. A simple excuse me: Can we ask you to pull in front of the other direction to wait? It would have been done and over. My advice to the young gentleman working there you are in for a long miserable life if you continue to treat people like you did me a few days ago. I wish you the best in all your life endeavors. From now on, if you would practice being nice daily so it will naturally become a habit instead of hate and anger being your first reaction. The older gentleman seemed to have picked up that I was not happy with the way the kid was talking and making faces and took over speaking to me like a human. I do not use car washes with brushes, and I was super excited to use this wash. My vehicle looked really nice once it was finished. I would definitely be a repeat customer and buy a monthly package because I love car washes without brushes that actually clean. The one instance will not stop me from returning, but someone needs to school the young boy working there on respect and just plain customer service. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars, my vehicle looked good, and no residue left anywhere.

I enjoy washing my own car . But I'm not very speedy . It cost me almost as much as going through the car wash .

Kinda pricey to get a dirty truck washed but for 20 is came out great and the spot free rinse actually works well.

Yesterday was my birthday,
not a huge deal..
but def. wasn't the best day everrr..
was in the area, & my car was in desperate need of a good wash after our recent snowfall, freeze, rain, etc.
So I pulled in & inquired about a wash, and was treated with awesome customer service from all 3 that were working,
and got a clean shiny car again in the end..
They even wished me a Happy Birthday~ ?
Def. made my day much brighter ..
