If you say you'll have pickup ready at 0645 trying to have it ready before 0700. Would help to keep customers and drivers. Winco is open 24 hrs, always, for us winners.

I spend over 1,000 a month at this Walmart and will never return after yesterday’s experience! I spent 175 dollars and the cashier refused to help put groceries in bags and I dropped a pkg of paper towels by her and she refused to offer any help! There was a line behind me that had to wait while I packed my groceries! Laziness! Pure laziness!!! I will take my business to Target

Not enough checkers or self checkouts open. Lines were 20 people deep. Left my stuff and walked out.
This was in the morning. I imagine it is typically very busy at this time, like it was when I was there.
This is just poor management. Staff appropriately during the busiest times. You're losing business.

I don't usually have my prescriptions filled at Walmart, but we were in a time crunch and Walmart was the only pharmacy open after 6:00 p.m. on this particular day. The prescription was called in by the medical provider, and the folks at Walmart had it ready within 30 minutes. I was amazed!! Keep up the good work!!

Consistently having errors with scales at self checkout and so I mentioned it to assistant manager Daniel I believe (name badge was on backwards)and I left store feeling like the Manager did not care and said it never happened like i was lying to him and he was frustrated i bothered him..

Love Ocean Beach Walmart over 7th Ave. Less creepers and more organized and better stocked.
