Went there to get a few things before storm ,got to check out she asked if we needed bags I said yes. Forgot ours in car ,then she asked if we were together i said yes,then she said she needed ID from both of us, my wife should hers I waited till she had it all bagged up $235. ,she said it was store policy now to get ID from everyone buying beer or alcohol were both 70 ,,left it all with her and went to Winco , and they never ask for my ID

Just bought 500 dollars worth of office supplies and cleaning products and I had to check myself out. They also don't have bags. Walmart has turned into a joke. Business going elsewhere from now on.

I cannot believe these guys stole over $50 dollars from me. They pointed fingers to every department within the company. I spent hours on the phone. This all happened because they couldn't get my address right in the system, even though I corrected it after the first order was delivered to the wrong address. Every order stated delivered. The correct address has been on my app since the morning after ordering several different items, which were supposed to arrive different days. I asked the lady who resides in 205 Cypress to please refuse delivery. Yall are just laying the let's point fingers game. Walmart stole over $50.00 from me and will not give me a reason why they refuse to refund me and/or compensate me. They closed the case? Seriously?

I. Just returned from the Longview Walmart , spent just about two hundred dollars the cashier ask do you need any bags. Told cashier about 7. She said they were $17.00 apiece. After spending $200.00 I walked out with the cart full of the individual items I just paid for. You would think they could atlease offer you a paper or plastic bag for your items you purchased. No customer service anymore just give me your money and go away

Tina with the bumblebee tattoo on her left arm was our cashier. Good customer service is hard to find like that these days because I think corporations like Walmart under appreciate the face to their company: the store employees. I've heard horror stories for Walmart employees everywhere. PUT MORE VALUE IN YOUR EMPLOYEES LIKE TINA. YOURE WELCOME FOR THE FIVE STAR REVIEW THANKS TO TINA.

Just got new tires. My tires were as smooth as bowling shoes and maybe had something stuck in them. Popped in to Walmart on 7th Ave on a whim to see if they had anything in my size and when they could install them. I was on my way in less than an hr. with new tires and the extra protection-$10 more per tire. I am thankful that they had tires in stock and took care of me immediately at a price I could afford. Wish I had before and after pics. I went from scary tread to full tread.

I am so totally livid with this store I will never give any Walmart anywhere one dime of my money ever again due to the rude inconsiderate, unjust and highly unethical treatment I received tonight at this store in the money center/customer service department! Matthew decided he wanted to be judge and jury and play 20 questions with me about a Walmart to Walmart money transfer that my mother had sent to me for my birthday gift and my sons birthday gift. I had given him my license and the numbers to receive the funds he then asked me who sent the money I answered him and said my mother sent it (and I told him her name) he then asked me my phone number and I gave it to him .. he then asked me what the money was for.. I said it's a gift.. He looked at me like my answer wasn't sufficient enough for him .. There was a long pause while he just stood there and stared at me.. I then said it's not for anything bad or illegal like drugs its a gift from my mother why are you asking me all these questions?? he then asked me why would my mother send me that much money and what was I going to use it for and did I ask my mother for the money?? I said it's a gift just put in your system it's a gift I really don't think it's any of your business what I use the money for!! He paused and red flagged my account and refused to give me the money I said to him why did you do that and asked to speak to a manager and he was smirking the entire time thinking he's pretty hilarious because he was on some sort of a power trip and wanted to cause me a big hassle for no valid reason!!! My mother is in her later 70s and her health is not that great and she now has to have someone take her to Walmart to get the money returned what a completely horrible experience for her to have to deal with!!! An utter waste of our time and gas money and a huge inconvenience for my elderly mother all I can say is Walmart sucks and Mathew and his supervising manager Angel got some karma due them for treating customers like they did tonight !! I hope they enjoy losing customers who used to spend a lot of money in their store.. I had planned on shopping there with my money after I received it but after this episode I will never step foot in a Walmart anywhere ever again and I told my mother if she gets her money back do not ever send it through a Walmart!!! This store deserves a big zero for customer service and care I have also sent in a complaint on these two clowns to corporate

I don't understand what's up with some of the "pickers" at this store: numerous times I've placed an order online for pick-up, only to have items cancelled due to being "out of stock". But then I go into the store for a few more items sure enough, the items that were cancelled from my order ARE in stock! The only reason for the 3 stars is because the people who bring out my order(s) are usually very friendly & do a good job; the people working pharmacy also do a good job.

I'm curious when someone's going to sue Walmart. They have Walmart delivery, and now charge for bags. So if you have multiple items that could fit into one or two bags they instead put every item in its own bag so they can charge you the extra 18 cents per bag. That is theft Walmart.

I went to pick up my moms grocery order and after 20 minutes sitting there the guy came out and asked for the name on the order. I gave it to him and he said it was no where in the system and I was at the wrong location. I drove across longview wasting my $4 / gallon gas to the other Walmart and my mom called me saying it was at the walmart I was at the first time. She called them and they said it was there so I drove back and got my groceries that he told me were not there and he loaded them into my trunk and completely ignored the fact that he had just lied to me about them not being there. And to add to that, every other time she orders groceries they either substitute or don't have half the items we order and when we ordered groceries for delivery so my parents could feed our family of 7 they randomly cancelled it with no explanation. 0/10 experience.

I just wanted to let the store know that they have two amazing employees. Frank- Front Door Greeter & Richard- the self checkout host. These two have always been so kind, helpful, and are always pleasant when in the store. I wish businesses had hired more people like these two.

if you want to have disappointing experience visit the Eye Center in Longview at wal mart they issue a new. Set of glasses that one lense is bent and not in frames property . Then they tell you when you cant see right that you have get use to new glasses . These bitches wont let you set down because of covid while watching 15 to 30 people with no masks . the bottom line is they think they know more than a person whose has been getting glasses for more than sixty years . They dont listen to you and cut you off when. Talking these woman need to be fired or retrained in customer service listening . They are rude disrespectful , dont listen and think they know everything in reality they are stupid . Remember the truth is what we tell you not the facts . We will never never deal with these assholes again . i will never Recommend this eye care facility to anybody not even my enemy

Ordered online for pickup for the first time. Went to pick up my order didn't get the 1 gallon of whole milk that I ordered. Also, in my order was AA batteries, got home it was AAA batteries. Nothing on the Walmart app says if your order was wrong who to call. Very angry! Won't be using their services again! I never received a receipt!

Worst policies. I refuse to return to this location. Might rethink shopping at any Walmart. This location doesn't align to national Walmart policies, making checkout very awkward. Too bad this taints the reputation of the helpful employees.

This is specifically for Auto Care. I bought tires from Walmart.com at a good price. I made an appointment and they said "1 hour." 2 hours later and I am still waiting. They couldn't figure out how to put my car on a lift? I would avoid this location at all costs. No hustle or customer service.
