This pharmacy honestly is not even close to being amazing. They NEVER let you know there is a problem with your order until you go in to pick it up. They are always understaffed and critical thinking and processing is not a strength here.

Terrible Pharmacy very disrespectful and impatient pharmacist. They never understand when your having a problem or if you need a emergency dose things are never made clear there to where it's dangerous terrible pharmacy horrible so many ways.

I sincerely hope that if you’re looking at these reviews as a potential new customer, you have other pharmacy options to choose from. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They have been closed many days due to staffing shortages. Their online information is not current to store operations. When there are staff available they are not typically very friendly or helpful.

I am a former employe, called the store in Longview Washington to ask about W2 forms, when they would be sent out. The person who answered the phone was quite rude. She said they would be mailed out today. I replied that was pretty late, waiting til the last minute. She replied "all places do that" (which is not true). I commented that this was not true as I had received... then she cut me off, said "have a nice day" and hung up on me!!! As a former employee in good standing, I was shocked at this lack of good customer service!

My review is primarily for the pharmacy. I have used Vancouver Walgreens pharmacy for years with no problems. Moved to Longview and started getting prescriptions to this pharmacy. My family will be switching pharmacies. The problem is they are unorganized, have poor time-management and the pharmacist is unfriendly. I will happily take my business elsewhere. There is a very nice woman that works the counter. I can tell she is over-whelmed and stressed most often when I come. They are short staffed.

Dirty, poor customer service. Don't recommend. Unfortunately, in this area there isn't much of a choice for alternatives.

Scheduled an appointment for a flu shot yesterday. Arrived early. Was told to sit. After a half hour, was given paperwork to fill out. After forty-five minutes past my appointment time I asked if they'd forgotten me. The response was, "I'm only one person". I asked if they could give me an idea of how long it would be because my wife was waiting in the car. She said it depended how many other people were waiting. This person was also manning the drive thru window.At the very least they should keep waiting customers updated on wait time. They should give you the option of rescheduling if they are short staffed. Appointments are made for a reason.Went to Fred Meyers without an appointment and was given the shot within twenty minutes, including paperwork.
