The guys in here are great honestly!
We just switched over from xfinity mobile after over a year of awful experiences with them. I’m so happy to be with us cellular they ACTUALLY TRY to help you resolve your problems we had to get new phones and temporary numbers until we could switch over our original ones and the number transfer was kinda rocky but these guys did everything they could to help me resolve the issues we were having after the number transfer was initiated. They completely resolved my issue and were extremely patient and kind the entire time. Thanks y’all! I’ll recommend y'all to anyone looking for a solid carrier!

My 84 year old Mom bought a new flip phone at USCellular in Longview,Washington, the phone rings in your ear when talking on it ( person on other end of call does not hear) she can not dial out at times, we have been into the store 3 times to get it fixed and we're told today we must wait until the end of February which I'm sure will void any contractual responsibilities. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I visited Friday September 29, 2023 just before closing. I drove here from Portland with hopes of returning home with a new phone and a new plan that isn't throttled after 5 gigs of premium speed data. Within 15 seconds of stepping foot inside this establishment my sincere attempt to become a US CELLULAR subscriber was instantly vaporized. The MILES/WEAR/TEAR on my car, the MONEY to put gas in my tank, the GAS that went into my tank, the DRIVE TIME required to take action, and the PERSONAL TIME required to make the DRIVE.......ALL EFFORTS AND ATTEMPTS INSTANTLY VAPORIZED.Tonight's crew was 1 early 20's guy and 1 teenage girl. Her rude and abrupt manner combo'd with her ABSOLUTELY NOT ATTITUDE have no business doing business in a place of business. Her social skills or lack thereof are currently best suited for a babysitter/prison guard type of situation where she'll remain tucked away from the general consuming public and heard only by the select few toddler-types and parolees that appreciate being force-fed trendy rude and meaningless gibberish in an abrupt can't-do-tone!!While I'm positive there are some that may expect and even enjoy this type of interaction, I assure you I am not one of them. I think it's safe to say that the majority of US CELLULAR customers aren't showing up here for your kinda party either. I won't waste my resources visiting this place again?

The company turned the phone off for two days claiming that the phone bill was not paid. When they later found the bill in their office waiting to be processed they then turned the phone back on. A month later we were charged for the service to be reinstalled as well as the two days it was out of service. They agreed to take those things off but then put the charges back on the next month. When we went back to the store for the third time very upset to have to go through this again the customer service rep was very rude to us. Claiming we should not be upset with her, she has no control over what happen. She told us to go someplace else if we did not like the service. Said that there was nothing she could do and referred us to a customer service number that we had already tried and was hung up on. The store rep did nothing to help us connect. And did not care that we were leaving the service. Nor did they care that the costumer beside us was leaving the service as well. His bill was also mismanaged. Store reps should always be willing to help and never want to see anyone go.

Couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service and attention to detail on our shopping experience at the Longview WA Triangle Plaza store.Both CJ and Brandon helped my wife and I get into upgraded phones and add an additional line. Friendly and professional, we got to enjoy getting to know them while waiting on our data transfers. To anyone thinking of getting a new carrier, give them a shot Plus, I overheard them talking about some killer Black Friday deals!

BUYER BEWARE! I'm stuck in a 30 month, yes 30 month contract. I was told this was a NO CONTRACT deal. They kept telling me my bill would be "just over $60 a month" when I said all I can afford is $60. Now I have no job, & I'm stuck with a $80+ monthly bill. The collage loan lady bot calls me at least 4xs a day. I don't have a student loan. I have zero service when I go to Cali. The service moves slow even in 5g. I hate this whole situation, I was lied to to get me to sign up for this & I want out. S.O.S
