Car broke down across the street. Called and one of the employees walked over with the machine to check out what was wrong and had a bad starter. Toaded across the street they replaced picked it up the next day. Very very helpful.

I use to always go there when I had any type of battery/ electrical issues and have my system checked. Recently my battery kept dying so I went to united battery and the guy wanted to put my car in the air. (Up on some type of stands to get underneath) They never had to before. I was really getting annoyed. Then he sees through my open hood it's my alternator belt. That's all. He still wanted to put my car up, he said so he could see if my alternator was seized. But he didn't have to put it up to check that either. Very very frustrated because I felt like he was making everything harder than it had to be. I finally told him I had to go, and cut him off. I hadn't planned on making an entire day of it.

Took my work van for a battery check. I was told the battery was fine. Zackery didn't give up on my problem. He continued to diagnose the issue until he solved it. I'm so thankful and impressed with United Battery's employees. I will highly recommend them in the future.

My truck wouldn't start after work so after getting a jump my better half told me to go to United to have the battery and starter tested. (they test then here for free?)After running the tests they were super honest and said my battery doesn't necessarily need to be replaced but it is getting older and will continue to have issues. They'd be inconsistent issues but I should be okay for awhile if I wasn't ready to purchase a new battery yet. I was actually offered a jump start to ensure I made it home. Well I decided to purchase one and it was installed with no extra cost and they made sure everything was good for the warranty before I left.Thank you United Battery

Don't waste your time. Quoted a reasonable price for a quality battery over phone as bait. In person it was $30 more for a generic battery (25% more than a name brand at a real auto parts store).
