Great customer interactions and they were able to perform the required inspection for the used vehicle pre purchase. The bad part is they weren’t able to successfully send me the documents. Email problems seemed to plague them for my transaction. I feel like I bought a star in space because I wasn’t ever able to hold and read the report. Driving from Gig Harbor to Long Beach our engine light came on and the car started running funny. Luckily we had just entered Longview and we saw Tower Auto and pulled in. They were busy, so had to find a rental vehicle. I was pretty stressed out because I have a husband with health issues and the guys there were very helpful and accommodating. We went on our way and the next morning they let me know what was wrong with the car and had it all fixed up when we came back from our getaway 2 days later. I can’t believe how lucky we were to find Tower Auto. They were so nice and professional. If I lived in Longview I would definitely take my car there for service and repairs.

I brought my GMC Terrain in for an oil change, I was greeted with with a friendly welcome and a thank you for coming in. The oil change was done fast and I was on my way. The team at Tower Automotive were fantastic! I brought my 2005 Dodge truck in for non-functioning air conditioning service/repair. At another shop I was quoted a very steep price for this work in which they also said lots of replacement parts were needed. Tower Automotive found and repaired the “actual” air conditioning issues right away at a very fair cost and I had my truck back quickly. They were a pleasure to talk to and they provided quick phone communications with me. I spoke with both office staff and repair technician, very professional. I will be a return customer!

Jim was very upfront about pricing, and issues with my vehicle. He gave me the information on what was wrong and how much each fix would cost but never tried to convince me to get work done. Appreciated the kindness and willingness to talk through what I could fix

I’ve been to multiple shops and have been given the run around with pulling certain parts of my vehicle and not putting it back together the right way with leaving gaskets on my axle and lose bolts without replacing them and not tightening what bolts they haven’t lost to important parts of my vehicle while still charging me full price without figuring out what the issue with my vehicle is. Then I took my vehicle to tower motor and they not only looked at my vehicle days sooner than my appointment but figured out what exactly was the problem super fast had me situated with multiple options and constantly made me feel at ease and comfortable, it was worth every penny and will be going here from now on and recommending to everyone
