Don is highly knowledgeable and meticulous at getting you geared up properly. He encourages feedback on how you’re doing with the equipment, and to, by all means, come back to adjust anything, striving to get it Goldilocks comfortable and functional. We were on the same slopes coincidentally one day and he met us at the lodge after calling him up and addressed and fixed a boot fit issue. He even went out to the parking lot while we ate lunch, located our car (needle in a haystack!), and brought the boots back to the lodge for an on-site fix! ( we made the mistake of leaving them in the cold car all night, so they were a dickens to get on!) Also he has a knack for how to maneuver them on, so we learned. He is one dedicated guy! Above and beyond! All in all we got good pricing and expertise, helpful and kind staff, and what we consider an unconditional guarantee of satisfaction! Not usually expected from a boutique sized owner operated business. He’s online too! Very cool. ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a phenomenal experience getting ski equipment here. The staff were friendly and well versed in their products. They were super busy but I never felt rushed. Prices were more than fair. Well worth my hour plus drive, we will definitely be back for any future gear needs.

Outstanding place to buy skis and boots (and other ski gear)! Don is beyond knowledgable and helpful!!!!! Can wait to try out my new boots and bindings...I couldn't recommend the Pro Shop more.

I had a wonderful experience working with Don and his team via email to get skis that would work for my needs. After weeks of trying to find a pair online and being extremely lost as a newer skiier, I came across the Pro Ski website and saw that at one point they had one of the skis I had narrowed in on in stock at one point, but it was currently out of stock. I decided to reach out anyways to inquire. It turns out that specific ski was done for the season, but Don listened to what I was looking for and was able to provide suggestions for me. He seems like he truly cares about his customers and gave me well thought out information to think about as I worked through picking the size of the skis. The shop even called before shipping to confirm my boot size to make sure the bindings were mounted for my boot - the tech I worked with for the release check was very grateful for this as it sped up his work significantly. The skis shipped quickly and were packaged extremely carefully. They arrived to me in perfect condition and I was so excited to try them out. I was able to hit the slopes last weekend at my local resort in Michigan and they are great. They're exactly what I was looking for and I feel SO much more stable on them than my previous skis thanks to Don's recommendation to maybe consider a longer ski if I was looking for stability. I feel like these will really help me advance more in my skiing journey and I'm so excited to try them out on a real mountain when I head to Breckenridge this spring. All in all, I am a very satisfied customer and will return to the Pro Ski website (or maybe even in store if I make it out there to Washington one day) for all my future skiing needs.
